FIVE STONE DOWN 🔥🎉🔥🎉🔥🎉 CONGRATULATIONS 🥂🥳💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

We wanted to wait to share these results as Stacey was attending a wedding and wanted to compare her results pic to a photo taken of her back in September last year.

I am beyond proud of this exceptional lady. We started working together in March and now here we are … FIVE STONE LIGHTER!!

Stacey has lost 138.5 cms altogether now. Over 9% body fat !!

Stacey was extremely dehydrated when we began our ‘journey’ but now she is nourishing her body she has also increased her body water percentage by more than 7%!!!

She isn’t dieting!!!! She isn’t always strict!! She has enjoyed weekends away and a holiday!! She is simply making healthier choices, identifying bad habits which had been holding her back previously and supplementing with the BEST products!!

She looks and feels fantastic and is now enjoying some high street shopping!!! 🛍️ adding to her new wardrobe 😍🔥💃🏼

24lbs of FAT LOSS!! And 65cms GONE FOR GOOD!! 💚💚💚 𝓗𝓔𝓡𝓑𝓐𝓛𝓘𝓕𝓔 𝓡𝓔𝓢𝓤𝓛𝓣𝓢

Congratulations SO PROUD OF YOU !!! 🥳🥳🥳

Six weeks into her Nutrition Plan (no gym yet) and Emma has lost over 7% Body Fat, shifted 2.5 LITRES of fat from around her organs.

Emma has gained weight in water and muscle mass but her overall weight loss is still HUGE and we’ve only shifted the bad unwanted bits 🔥🔥🔥

Emma has lost 18cms from her tummy alone. A whopping 65.5 cms altogether !!! New wardrobe pending!! She will definitely be starting 2025 well ahead of the game having already shifted 1.5 STONE OF BODY FAT!!!

Exchanging unwanted body fats for muscle tone and water will change your entire body!!! But it won’t always change the number on the scales!!

Photos and measurements are VITAL and Hannah is the perfect example of this!!

Just look at her 😍😍😍 She is absolutely smashing it. She sticks to her Herbalife Nutrition plan in our Health Marathon Group and is now working out several times a week and is looking incredible.

What’s even more stunning, is her new found confidence 🥰🥰 for me, this is better than any physical result… Hannah’s mental strength, overall wellbeing, self love and emotional stability is just incredible lately and it makes me emotional to watch her grow day by day into the woman she wants to be! 💚💚💚

124 cms down in her measurements !!!! And swipe to see the expression on her little face when she had to lift the 30kg weight she has lost!!!!

Six months of working together, whilst also enjoying treats and a holiday with her daughters!! Stacey hasn’t deprived herself of the things she enjoys, she is now fully aware of the daily habits that were holding her back and now realises exactly what she can achieve by tweaking a few lifestyle choices 🫶🏼🫶🏼💚💚💚

20 weeks in and we are 7.5% down on body fats. has lost 6.5 LITRES of visceral fats 😱😱😱
Her centimetres have reduced by 112 cms!!! 💥💥💥
And she has GAINED 7.2% in body water!!!! 💦 which is a huge gain in weight yet her overall weight loss is 56.8 LBS!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️🩵🩵🩵

Did you know that’s the equivalent of 25 litres of water and/or the weight of 11 house bricks 🧱‼️‼️‼️‼️

Stacey has enjoyed take aways with her family, drinks with the girls, a holiday with her daughters… life doesn’t stop ✋!!! But her daily habits have been tweaked and her consistency has meant she’s lost an average of 2.8 lbs every week since we started in March!! 💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
