A huge thank you to Davie Digital Port Displays for creating our new sign for The Wheelies! 💛

The Wheelchair Restoration project has been operating since 1989. Our amazing volunteers at ‘The Wheelies’ restore donated equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers and other assistive equipment for people in need, both at home and overseas!

We are holding another Garage Sale this Saturday on 11th October 2025 from 8:00am till 2:00pm to raise funds for our Rotarians, Sarah and Jannie, who are taking part in the Sh*tbox Rally 2025 - Spring! We would love to see you there!
The Sh*tbox Rally is the largest community lead fundraiser for the Cancer Council in Australia and is now in its fifteenth year. Part of the participation is that all teams have to raise a minimum of $5,000, but most teams raise well above this amount as you can see with the Spring 2025 rally target set at $2,000,000 plus.
Sarah and Jannie's team name is “Walk Beside Me” in honour of the original owner of their car – something she’d often call out when the pace of the world around her was a little faster than her own steps. We would love for our community to show them some support through their donations at our Garage Sale this weekend!
“Don’t walk in front of me - I may not follow;
Don’t walk behind me - I may not lead;
Walk beside me - just be my friend.”

Please join us on Sunday 24th August at the Semaphore Carousel to raise funds for our club members, Jannie and Sarah, on their Sh*tbox Rally in Spring this year! There will be a sausage sizzle, lucky dips, a craft stall and a raffle, along with carousel rides! All ages are welcome!
The Sh*tbox Rally is the largest community lead fundraiser for the Cancer Council in Australia and is now in its fifteenth year. Jannie and Sarah will be taking their car - 'Hyacinth' - from Alice Springs to the Gold Coast on some of the most challenging roads in the country!
Sarah and Jannie's team name is “Walk Beside Me” in honour of the original owner of their car – something she’d often call out when the pace of the world around her was a little faster than her own steps. We would love for our community to show them some support through their donations at the Semaphore Carousel in two weeks! We hope to see you there!
