Pjesëmarrëset e Women Support Group dhe Parent School nga Qendra Tranzit patën mundësinë të vizitojnë Qendrën Multikulturore KRAH në Prishtinë. Kjo vizitë shërbeu si një hap i rëndësishëm drejt fuqizimit, shkëmbimit të përvojave dhe krijimit të lidhjeve të reja brenda komunitetit. Së bashku ndërtojmë ura bashkëpunimi, mirëkuptimi dhe përfshirjeje sociale. 💙🤝

🌿 Youth Summer Camp 2026 – Amplify Life 🌿

Dy ditë plot buzëqeshje, miqësi të reja, mësime dhe momente të bukura në Prevallë. ❤️

Gjatë kampit veror “Amplify Life”, të rinjtë patën mundësinë të kalojnë kohë së bashku përmes aktiviteteve argëtuese dhe edukative, si Karaoke Night, Cinema Night, workshop-e të ndryshme dhe diskutime mbi mirëqenien emocionale.

Një nga momentet më të veçanta ishte aktiviteti “Si të shkruajmë autobiografi?”, ku të rinjtë reflektuan mbi historitë, përvojat dhe ëndrrat e tyre, duke hedhur hapat e parë drejt krijimit të Librit të të Rinjve CONCORDIA 2026.

Këto dy ditë na kujtuan sa e rëndësishme është t'u japim të rinjve hapësirë për t'u shprehur, për të mësuar nga njëri-tjetri dhe për të besuar në potencialin e tyre.

Faleminderit të gjithë të rinjve për energjinë, pozitivitetin dhe pjesëmarrjen aktive. 💙

🌿 Youth Summer Camp 2026 – Amplify Life 🌿

Two days filled with laughter, new friendships, learning, and unforgettable memories in Prevalla. ❤️

During the “Amplify Life” Summer Camp, young people had the opportunity to spend quality time together through a variety of educational and recreational activities, including Karaoke Night, Cinema Night, interactive workshops, and discussions focused on emotional wellbeing.

One of the highlights of the camp was the session “How to Write an Autobiography?”, where participants reflected on their personal stories, experiences, and aspirations, taking the first steps towards contributing to the CONCORDIA Youth Book 2026.

These two days reminded us of the importance of creating spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and encouraged to express themselves freely while building confidence and meaningful connections.

A big thank you to all the young participants for their positive energy, enthusiasm, and active involvement throughout the camp. 💙

Tek CONCORDIA Projekte Sociale, fëmijëve nuk u japim vetëm ndihmë – u japim atë që u mungon më shumë: shpresën. Çdo buzëqeshje, çdo lojë dhe çdo moment i ndarë së bashku është një hap drejt një të ardhmeje më të ndritur.

Sot festuam fëmijërinë, gëzimin dhe ëndrrat e tyre. Sepse çdo fëmijë meriton të ndihet i lumtur, i vlerësuar dhe plot shpresë. 🌈✨“Ku tjetër mund të festohet Dita e Fëmijës më bukur se në qendrën tonë?” 💛 – thotë njëra nga vajzat tona.

Me shumë ide, duar të vogla dhe imagjinatë të madhe, ata po mësojnë se kursimi është një zakon i mirë dhe se çdo gjë mund të marrë vlerë të re kur riciklohet. 🌍💚

Përmes punës në grupe, mentorimit dhe sesioneve të pitching, pjesëmarrësit patën mundësinë të zhvillojnë zgjidhje inovative për sfida reale, duke ndërtuar ura bashkëpunimi mes të rinjve nga lokacione të ndryshme. 💡🤝

Ky event shënoi përmbylljen e një cikli punëtorish, por njëkohësisht edhe fillimin e rrugëtimit të ideve të reja drejt zbatimit dhe ndikimit pozitiv në komunitet. 🚀

As part of the BOOST Project, we organised the “Community Pitching Day” at BONEVET Gjakova — a day dedicated to creativity, collaboration, and empowering young people to develop practical ideas with a positive impact on their communities. 🌍✨

Through teamwork, mentoring, and pitching sessions, participants had the opportunity to create innovative solutions to real-life challenges, while also strengthening connections and cooperation among young people from different locations. 💡🤝

This event marked the conclusion of a cycle of workshops, whilst also serving as the beginning of a new journey for ideas to grow into meaningful initiatives with the potential to create lasting impact within the community. 🚀
