Happy !

She is not just part of the future. She is shaping it. 💫

For over a decade, Girls in ICT has created spaces for girls to explore technology, discover their potential, and see themselves as part of the digital future.

At the 11th edition of Girls in ICT, more than 150 young girls came together to learn, connect, ask questions, and explore the possibilities of AI and technology under the theme “AI for Development: Girls Shaping the Digital Future”.

Because when girls have access to knowledge, opportunities, and the confidence to dream big, they can help shape the future we all share. 💜

🎓 Strategic communication is key to creating meaningful and lasting impact!

Our Executive Director, Abetare Gojani, led a training session on strategic communication and digital transformation as part of the NPO Academy 2026, organized by Partners Albania for Change and Development.

Through interactive discussions and practical exercises, participants explored ways to strengthen their organizations’ digital presence, engage their audiences more effectively, and develop communication strategies that drive impact.

👏 Thank you to Partners Albania for the invitation and for continuing to create opportunities for knowledge-sharing and capacity building within the civil society sector!

Happy !

The future is calling, and girls are answering. 💜

At last year’s DOKU.TECH, 48% of participants were girls and young women, bringing their ideas, questions, creativity, and perspectives into conversations around technology and the future.

We believe the future of tech should be shaped by everyone, and that means creating spaces where girls can explore, connect, learn, and make their voices heard.
Because she is not just part of the future. She is helping shape it.✨

🍕 15,000+ independent pizzerias
💰 Over $2 billion in earnings generated for local shop owners

And this November, for the first time ever, Ilir is coming to Kosovo to tell his story in person.

We were honored to welcome Mr. Stephen O'Malley, UN Development Coordinator in Kosovo UN Kosovo Team, and Shpend Qamili, Communication and Outreach Officer, to The Foundation House offices in Prishtina.

This high-level visit gave us the opportunity to closely present our impact over the years, the programs, the young people we've reached, and the lasting change we've built together with our partners and communities across Kosovo.

Our conversation centered on strategic cooperation between our two organizations, and on the shared priorities that bring us to the same table: human capital development, youth empowerment, inclusive economic growth, and sustainable development for Kosovo.

We remain fully committed to working together with the UN Kosovo Team toward a future where every young person has the skills, opportunity, and confidence to shape it.
