The Focus

The Focus The Focus is NGO established in 10 December 2001 from Medical High School Students in Prishtina, Kosovo aiming to advance Human Rights in Country.

"The Focus" is a local non-governmental organization, which aims in cooperation with local and international partners, government and non government organizations, to support and assist in the development, progression of various services in the fields of human and children's rights.

What is the motto of "the Focus"?
That citizens are entitled the right to live and develop without discrimination.

What are the goals of "the Focus"?
We have four long-term development goals. All of our programs focus on these or more of these goals.
Promotion of the UN convention on:
1. Human rights,
2. Advocacy of laws.
3. Promoting Active Citizenship
4. Working for a world free of anti-personnel mines and cluster munitions.

Where do we work?
We are settled in Prishtina, based on project needs we work on the entire territory of Kosovo.

Who do we help?
We work with everyone without discrimination, regardless ethnicity, religion, gender, ability etc.
