This initiative was initially supported through the RECONOMY Programme, a regional inclusive and green economic development programme funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) and implemented by HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation in partnership with Help - Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe and other partners in the Eastern Partnership and Western Balkans. Building on this initial support, the initiative has evolved into a sustainable, market-driven programme that continues to be developed and implemented by Melita & Partners together with its partners across the Western Balkans.

The Association of Business Service Leaders in Kosovo (ABSL), in partnership with the Public Employment Service (Agjencia e Punësimit e Republikës së Kosovës) is pleased to announce an upcoming joint initiative: Connecting Talent, Empowering Growth.

This forum is designed to strengthen public-private collaboration between public employment offices and leading employers in the ICT and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sectors.
By facilitating direct dialogue, the initiative aims to bridge information gaps, align skills requirements, and support more effective job mediation—particularly for youth and women seeking opportunities in the business services sector.

THIRRJE PUBLIKE – SKEMA E GRANTEVE PËR INOVACION NË TIK
Ministria e Industrisë, Ndërmarrësisë, Tregtisë dhe Inovacionit (MINTI), përmes Agjencisë për Investime dhe Përkrahjen e Ndërmarrjeve në Kosovë (KIESA), në bashkëpunim me Agjencinë e Luksemburgut për Bashkëpunim Zhvillimor - LuxDev, ka lansuar skemën e granteve për inovacion në TIK me një vlerë totale prej 1.16 milionë euro.
Kjo skemë synon të mbështesë Ndërmarrjet Mikro, të Vogla dhe të Mesme (NMVM), si dhe bizneset Start-up, në zhvillimin e produkteve, shërbimeve dhe proceseve inovative në sektorin e Teknologjisë së Informacionit dhe Komunikimit (TIK). Përmes kësaj mbështetjeje synohet rritja e konkurrueshmërisë, transformimi digjital dhe krijimi i vendeve të reja të punës.

☀️ Kur Energjia e ripërtëritshme gërshetohet me përgjegjësinë sociale 🤝

Në kuadër të bashkëpunimit ndërmjet Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, Muqa Solar Company dhe OJQ "Qendra për Jetë të Pavarur" në Pejë, është instaluar një sistem solar termik për ngrohjen e ujit sanitar.

Përmes këtij donacioni, Muqa Solar mundësoi furnizim më të qëndrueshëm, efikas dhe ekonomik me ujë të ngrohtë për përfituesit dhe stafin e Qendrës, duke kontribuar njëkohësisht në rritjen e efiçiencës energjetike dhe uljen e kostove operative.

Ky është një shembull konkret se si bashkëpunimi ndërmjet sektorit privat, shoqërisë civile dhe organizatave zhvillimore mund të krijojë ndikim të drejtpërdrejtë social dhe mjedisor për komunitetet në Kosovë.

☀️ When Renewable Energy Meets Social Responsibility 🤝

Through the partnership between Help – Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe, Muqa Solar Company L.L.C., and the Center for Independent Living in Peja, a solar thermal water heating system has been successfully installed.

Thanks to Muqa Solar’s donation, the Center now benefits from a more reliable, energy-efficient, and cost-effective hot water supply, improving daily services for beneficiaries and staff while reducing operational costs.

This initiative is a strong example of how cooperation between the private sector, civil society, and development organizations can generate meaningful social and environmental impact.
