BCC is proud to launch the foundational activity of the MCPC – Management Consultant Practitioner Certification: Training of Trainers program! 🎓

This two-day intensive Training of Trainers has brought together facilitators and independent assessors to build the foundation for the Management Consultant Practitioner Certification journey, by equipping consultants with the skills, framework, and standards to deliver world-class consulting training.

The Training of Trainers program has been facilitated by Myesere Hoxha and Vjosa Mullatahiri, who are the architects of the MCPC curriculum.

The facilitators and assessors will cover the consulting lifecycle, structured diagnosis, ESG & responsible AI, assessment frameworks, and professional ethics, in an immersive certification program dedicated to young professionals.

Business Consultants Council (BCC), in partnership with GROW and Swisscontact, is launching a cascaded Export Readiness training programme built to take Kosovo consultants from foundational readiness all the way to scalable, digital-first export advisory.

This isn't a single workshop, BUT a three-level learning journey, where each module builds on the last:

🔹 Module 1 — Export Readiness & Digital Internationalization (3 days)
The foundation: assess export potential, map international markets, and build the digital presence needed to go cross-border.

🔹 Module 2 — Advanced Export Strategy, Digital Trade & AI (4 days)
The strategy layer: hands-on tools, AI-powered market intelligence, and digital trade tactics for real client engagements.

🔹 Module 3 — Digital Transformation, Automation & Scaling (4 days)
The scale layer: automation, operational systems, and the consulting practices needed to grow an export-ready client portfolio.

🎉 ICMCI Academic Fellow - Jeta Bakija

We are proud to announce that our member, Dr. Jeta Bakija, has been initiated as an Academic Fellow of the International Council of Management Institutes (ICMCI), in cooperation with IMC Kosovo.

This recognition honors her outstanding contribution to the management consulting profession and her ability to bridge the worlds of academia and practice at both national and international levels.

At the national level, IMC Kosovo oversees and promotes the professional standards and code of conduct for management consultancy, and provides the training and assessment pathway for the Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designation, as a global professional standard.

Dr. Jeta was selected jointly by IMC Kosovo and ICMCI in recognition of her strong and productive linkage between academia and management consulting practice.

She will use the ICMCI platform as a space where senior academics and senior practicing consultants meet, exchange knowledge, and ideas for the benefit of clients, students, and the profession as a whole.

ICMCI Euro Hub Annual Meeting 2026 🌍

This Thursday (25 June), we had the pleasure to have a keynote speech from BCC Chair of the Board - Mrs. Teuta Sahatqija.

She has joined the fellow National Institute leaders across Europe for the ICMCI Euro Hub Annual Meeting 2026, themed "Management Consultants for Europe's Competitiveness: Skills, Innovation and Cross-Border Cooperation."

As Chair of the BCC Board (BCC Kosovo / IMC Kosovo), Teuta has been presenting what BCC has been building, and what we believe Kosovo can contribute to the European consulting profession.

Key figures of the presentation:

🔹 What's needed — Our State of the Profession 2026 survey shows the demand signal clearly: AI & Emerging Tech (94%), Strategic Management (90%), Green Transition (79%).

🔹 What we've built — The MCPC (Management Consultant Practitioner Certificate), our ethics-grounded entry-level credential that bridges local expertise and the international CMC® standard.

🔹 Why it matters regionally — We're the first in the Western Balkans to undergo a full ISO 17024 external audit, and the 2nd globally with ISO 17024:2017 accreditation for digital certification. Kosovo is no longer on the periphery of the consulting profession — it's contributing to its standards.

Three concrete areas where BCC Kosovo × IMC Kosovo seeks Euro Hub cooperation:

1️⃣ Joint promotion of certified local consultants across borders
