JEF Kosova is one of 30 sections of JEF Europe.

JEF (originally name in French- jeunes européens fédéralistes) is a pan-European youth organisation consisting of about 30.000 members in 30 European countries. "JEF-Europe" is the name of the umbrella organisations that represents the individual members active on the local, regional or national level in their respective sections. JEF's section in Kosovo was established in May 2003 by a group of

young people from Kosovo and direct support of JEF Europe. The main reason for founding the organization was to create a structure which will enable young people refers Kosovo to unite and understand the essence of Europe as a union of people, ideas, and common goals. JEF Kosova committed to a just and democratic society in which people are not only absorption of decisions, but also an active participant in them. JEF-Kosova has implemented projects regarding visa liberalization, immigration reform, judicial reform and implementing EC progress report recommendations.
