📢 GLPS mori pjesë në takimin e parë të Komitetit Monitorues të Instrumentit për Rritje dhe Reforma, ku Drejtoresha Ekzekutive e GLPS, Njomza Arifi, kontribuoi në diskutimin mbi zbatimin e Agjendës së Reformave dhe Planit të Rritjes për Kosovën.
🗣️ Gjatë fjalës së saj, znj. Arifi theksoi se, ndonëse themelimi i Komitetit përbën një hap të rëndësishëm drejt monitorimit të zbatimit të reformave, progresi i deritanishëm mbetet shqetësues ⚠️.
📊 Duke iu referuar gjetjeve të raporteve monitoruese të GLPS, ajo vlerësoi se kriza politike dhe mungesa e institucioneve funksionale kanë ndikuar drejtpërdrejt në vonesat e zbatimit të masave reformuese ⏳, duke rrezikuar humbjen e dhjetëra milionë eurove nga fondet e Planit të Rritjes.
📌 Në këtë kontekst, GLPS bëri thirrje për:
🔹 Themelimin sa më të shpejtë të institucioneve të rregullta dhe sigurimin e stabilitetit politik, si parakusht për zbatimin e reformave dhe avancimin e integrimit evropian;
🔹Sigurimin që proceset e përshpejtuara, si rezultat i afateve të ngushta, të mos cenojnë cilësinë e reformave, përmbajtjen e tyre dhe përfshirjen e akterëve relevantë;
🔹 Përfshirjen e institucionalizuar, të strukturuar dhe substanciale të shoqërisë civile në Komitetin e Monitorimit, duke garantuar që rekomandimet e organizatave të merren në konsideratë dhe, kur janë të zbatueshme, të reflektohen në politikat dhe vendimmarrjen institucionale.
🌍📈 Përmes iniciativës rajonale “Growth Monitor”, të mbështetur nga Bashkimi Evropian 🇪🇺 dhe të implementuar nga TEN - Think for Europe Network , GLPS do të vazhdojë të monitorojë zbatimin e Agjendës së Reformave për Kosovën, të ofrojë ekspertizë 📝 dhe të kërkojë llogaridhënie nga institucionet përgjegjëse 🔎, me qëllim që ky proces të prodhojë rezultate konkrete për qytetarët dhe të përshpejtojë rrugën evropiane të Kosovës.

📢 GLPS participated in the first meeting of the Monitoring Committee of the Reform and Growth Facility, where GLPS Executive Director, Njomza Arifi, contributed to the discussion on the implementation of Kosovo’s Reform Agenda and Growth Plan.
🗣️ During her remarks, Ms. Arifi emphasized that, although the establishment of the Committee represents an important step toward monitoring the implementation of reforms, progress to date remains concerning ⚠️.
📊 Referring to the findings of GLPS monitoring reports, she noted that the political crisis and the absence of fully functional institutions have directly contributed to significant delays in implementing reform measures ⏳, putting at risk tens of millions of euros in funding from the Growth Plan.
📌 In this context, GLPS called for:
🔹 The swift establishment of regular institutions and the restoration of political stability, as a prerequisite for implementing reforms and advancing European integration;
🔹 Ensuring that accelerated processes, driven by tight deadlines, do not compromise the quality of reforms, their substance, or the meaningful involvement of relevant stakeholders;
🔹 The institutionalized, structured, and substantive inclusion of civil society in the Monitoring Committee, ensuring that recommendations from civil society organizations are duly considered and, where applicable, reflected in public policies and institutional decision-making.
🌍📈 Through the regional “Growth Monitor” initiative, supported by the European Union 🇪🇺 and implemented by Think for Europe Network, GLPS will continue to monitor the implementation of Kosovo’s Reform Agenda, provide expertise 📝, and advocate for accountability from responsible institutions 🔎, with the aim of ensuring that this process delivers tangible results for citizens and accelerates Kosovo’s path toward European integration.
