Yesterday, the European Investors Council, in close cooperation with the British Embassy in Kosovo, officially launched the preparations for the UK Business Forum in Kosovo 2026, which will take place on 8 October 2026 in Pristina.
The European Investors Council was honored to mark this important milestone in the presence of H.E. Jonathan Hargreaves, whose commitment to strengthening the economic partnership between the United Kingdom and Kosovo continues to make a meaningful impact.
The European Investors Council extends its sincere appreciation to H.E. Ambassador Hargreaves for his continued support, as well as to Semra and Agim from the British Embassy for their professionalism, dedication, and excellent cooperation throughout this process.
The European Investors Council also extends its sincere thanks to Ms. Mimoza Kusari-Lila for joining the meeting and for her continued support of initiatives aimed at attracting foreign direct investment and strengthening Kosovo’s economic development.
It was particularly valuable to bring together representatives of businesses with strong connections to the United Kingdom. Their insights, expertise, and commitment will play an important role in shaping a successful UK Business Forum that strengthens business ties, encourages new investment opportunities, promotes trade, and fosters long-term economic cooperation between the two countries.
This meeting marked the beginning of an exciting journey, and the European Investors Council is confident that, together with its partners, institutions, and the business community, it will build a strong platform that further enhances UK-Kosovo economic relations for years to come.
