UK Business Forum in Kosovo 2026 🇬🇧🇽🇰

On 8 October 2026, we successfully held the UK Business Forum in Kosovo 2026 at the Swiss Diamond Hotel in Pristina, organized by the European Investors Council (EIC) in close cooperation with the British Embassy Pristina.

The Forum brought together key representatives from government, business and the investment community to strengthen UK–Kosovo economic and business cooperation.

The event opened with remarks by Mr. Emrush Ujkani, Executive Director of EIC, followed by H.E. Jonathan Hargreaves, British Ambassador to Kosovo, and was honoured by the participation of H.E. Albin Kurti, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo.

The programme continued with Ms. Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation, and Mr. Perparim Rama, Mayor of Pristina, who each shared their perspectives on Kosovo’s economic, investment and development opportunities.

CROATIAN BUSINESS DAY IN KOSOVO 2026 | OPENING CEREMONY

A strong start to a day dedicated to dialogue, cooperation and new opportunities between Kosovo and Croatia.

On 1 October 2026, Croatian Business Day in Kosovo brought together institutional representatives, business leaders, investors and experts under the theme:

“Driving Sustainable Growth Through Innovation and Strategic Industries.”

The Opening Ceremony featured remarks by:

Mr. Emrush Ujkani - Executive Director, European Investors Council

H.E. Ms Danijela Barisic - Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Kosovo

Mr. Jeton Mehmeti - Deputy Minister, Ministry of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation

Ms Irena Alajbeg - Director-General for Economic Affairs and Development Cooperation, Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia

The opening was followed by a Keynote Address by Ms Artane Rizvanolli , Minister of Economy.

A day bringing together institutions, businesses and partners from Kosovo and Croatia to connect, exchange ideas and create new opportunities for cooperation.

Croatian Business Day in Kosovo 2026 | Pre-Event Reception

Today, the European Investors Council (EIC), in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Croatia in the Republic of Kosovo, hosted a pre-event reception ahead of the Croatian Business Day in Kosovo 2026, taking place on 1 October 2026 in Prishtina.

Held ahead of the main event, the reception brought together representatives of Croatian businesses operating in Kosovo, institutions and the business community, providing an opportunity for networking, exchange of experiences and discussion on opportunities for stronger economic cooperation between Kosovo and Croatia.

The event featured remarks by: Mr.Emrush Ujkani, CEO of the European Investors Council
H.E. Danijela Barisic, Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia to the Republic of Kosovo
Ms.Mimoza Kusari-Lila, Minister of Industry, Entrepreneurship, Trade and Innovation.
Mr.Petrit Kika, Director of Sales at Albi Commerce, also addressed the guests and hosted the reception.

The discussions highlighted the importance of strengthening economic ties between Kosovo and Croatia and creating new opportunities for business cooperation and investment.

The initiative was supported by Albi Group, through Albi Commerce which represents the Croatian brand Kraš in Kosovo, as part of the company’s role as a distributor of the brand.

The European Investors Council sincerely thanks all participants, partners and institutions for their support and contribution to this important initiative.
