For our closing remarks, we had the representative of U.S. Embassy, Ms. Jennifer Lawson, and the Mayor of Prizren, Mr. Shaqir Totaj. As you can see, Wednesday was a busy day — we hosted Marigona Sylaj from jCoders, Jeta Zagragja from AnchorzUp and Zana Tabaku from APPDEC in a panel called “Empowering Innovators: Women’s Voices in STEM”. Through this panel the participants learned about the tech industry and women’s involvement in it.

In addition to the STEM-related activities, House of STEM participants had the chance share their cultures and traditions in the Cultural Night. Girls from Montenegro 🇲🇪, Albania 🇦🇱, and Kosovo 🇽🇰 danced, presented and sang together on this very special night.

Yesterday, House of STEM participants took over Prishtina and were able to view the capital’s tech landscape and innovators.

They visited TechPark Prishtina, MetDaan, KODE Labs and LinkPlus.

Thank you to the companies for warmly greeting us and showcasing all different kinds of areas ranging from digital media, computer networks to computer development.
