Javën e kaluar, Brain Gain Youth-Led Workshop vazhdoi të sjellë së bashku të rinj të angazhuar për të zhvilluar më tej diskutimet, idetë dhe rekomandimet e nisura gjatë sesioneve të mëparshme.

Përmes punës në grupe dhe shkëmbimit të perspektivave, pjesëmarrësit u fokusuan në sfida dhe mundësi që prekin drejtpërdrejt të rinjtë dhe komunitetet e tyre, duke trajtuar tema si punësimi, arsimi, strehimi, barazia gjinore dhe mjedisi.

Ky workshop përfaqëson një tjetër hap drejt fuqizimit të të rinjve dhe krijimit të zgjidhjeve që burojnë nga vetë zëri dhe përvojat e tyre.

Ky projekt financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe implementohet nga SIT, MasterPeace Global, ACT for Society Center, Institute for Population Development, GrowUnited dhe CZOR.

Last week, the Brain Gain Youth-Led Workshop continued to bring together engaged young people to further develop the discussions, ideas, and recommendations initiated during the previous sessions.

Through group work and the exchange of perspectives, participants focused on challenges and opportunities that directly affect young people and their communities, addressing topics such as employment, education, housing, gender equality, and the environment.

This workshop represents another step towards empowering young people and creating solutions that stem from their own voices and experiences.

Maskulinitetet – Akademia Men Talk

Nga 12–14 gusht, SIT mblodhi djem dhe burra të rinj në kampin treditor Men Talk Academy, duke krijuar një hapësirë të sigurt dhe interaktive për të reflektuar mbi maskulinitetin, normat gjinore, emocionet, marrëdhëniet dhe dhunën.

Përmes punëtorive interaktive, diskutimeve dhe aktiviteteve në grup, pjesëmarrësit eksploruan se si pritshmëritë rreth asaj se çfarë do të thotë “të jesh burrë” ndikojnë në sjellje dhe marrëdhënie. Gjatë kampit u trajtuan tema si normat e dëmshme gjinore, cikli i dhunës, dhuna me bazë gjinore, dinamikat e pushtetit, shprehja e emocioneve dhe roli i djemve dhe burrave si ndërhyrës aktivë në parandalimin e dhunës.

Përtej ndërgjegjësimit, kampi i inkurajoi pjesëmarrësit të reflektojnë mbi rolin e tyre në sfidimin e normave të dëmshme dhe promovimin e marrëdhënieve më të shëndetshme në komunitetet e tyre.

Duke krijuar hapësira ku të rinjtë mund të flasin hapur, të vënë në pikëpyetje pritshmëritë gjinore dhe të mësojnë nga njëri-tjetri, kontribuojmë në promovimin e modeleve më të shëndetshme të maskulinitetit, të bazuara në barazi, respekt, empati dhe mosdhunë.

Men Talk Academy u organizua nga SIT në bashkëpunim me Friedrich Ebert Stiftung (FES), zyra në Prishtinë.

From 12–14 August, SIT brought together young men and boys for a three-day Men Talk Camp, creating a safe and engaging space to reflect on masculinities, gender norms, emotions, relationships, and violence.

Through interactive workshops, discussions and team-building activities, participants explored how expectations around “being a man” shape behaviors and relationships, while addressing topics such as harmful gender norms, the cycle of violence, gender-based violence, power dynamics, emotional expression, and the role of men and boys as active bystanders.

Beyond raising awareness, the camp encouraged participants to reflect on their own role in challenging harmful norms and promoting healthier relationships in their communities.

By creating spaces where young men can speak openly, question expectations and learn from one another, we contribute to healthier models of masculinity based on equality, respect, empathy and non-violence.

The Men Talk Academy was organized by SIT in cooperation with Friedrich Ebert Stiftung, Prishtina Office.

Brain Gain Youth-Led Workshop vazhdoi me sesionin e tij të dytë, duke sjellë sërish së bashku të rinj të angazhuar për të diskutuar, analizuar dhe zhvilluar ide mbi sfidat dhe mundësitë që ndikojnë në jetën e tyre dhe zhvillimin e komuniteteve.

Gjatë workshop-it, pjesëmarrësit punuan në grupe, shkëmbyen perspektiva dhe vazhduan të zhvillojnë rekomandime konkrete mbi tema si punësimi, arsimi, strehimi, barazia gjinore dhe mjedisi. Përmes këtij procesi, ata forcuan aftësitë e tyre për bashkëpunim, mendim kritik dhe pjesëmarrje aktive në vendimmarrje.

Ky workshop përfaqëson një tjetër hap drejt fuqizimit të të rinjve dhe krijimit të zgjidhjeve që burojnë nga vetë zëri dhe përvojat e tyre.

Ky projekt financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe implementohet nga SIT, MasterPeace Global, ACT for Society Center, Institute for Population Development, GrowUnited dhe CZOR.

The second Brain Gain Youth-Led Workshop brought together engaged young people once again to discuss, explore, and develop ideas around the challenges and opportunities that shape their lives and the future of their communities.

During the workshop, participants worked in groups, exchanged perspectives, and continued developing concrete recommendations on topics such as employment, education, housing, gender equality, and the environment. Through this collaborative process, they strengthened their teamwork, critical thinking, and active participation skills while contributing to solutions that reflect the needs and priorities of young people.

This workshop represents another important step towards empowering young people and fostering solutions driven by their own voices, ideas, and experiences.

Puna rinore në terren fillon aty ku janë të rinjtë - në komunitetet e tyre, në mjedisin e përditshëm dhe në hapësirat ku ndihen të sigurt.

Të rinjtë dhe profesionistët nga Serbia, Kosova* dhe Mali i Zi kanë formuluar së bashku rekomandime për njohjen, cilësinë, qasshmërinë dhe qëndrueshmërinë më të madhe të saj.

Në publikim veçojmë mesazhet kryesore për:

• besimin dhe vazhdimësinë;
• hapësirat e sigurta dhe gjithëpërfshirëse;
• pjesëmarrjen kuptimplotë të të rinjve;
• mbështetjen profesionale;
• financimin e qëndrueshëm;
• bashkëpunimin me institucionet;
• të mësuarit dhe shkëmbimin rajonal.

Konferenca u organizua në kuadër të projektit " Poke the Bubble - Regional Outreach Youth Work Network and Policy Dialogue ", i cili u mbështet financiarisht nga Fondi për Ballkanin Perëndimor, dhe është vazhdim i projektit "Poke the Bubble“ - Gender Mobile Youth Clubs for the New Good Neighbourly Social Initiatives between Serbia and Kosovo*, i cili financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian.

Outreach youth work begins where young people are - in their communities, everyday environments and spaces where they feel safe.

Young people and professionals from Serbia, Kosovo* and Montenegro jointly developed recommendations for improving its recognition, quality, accessibility and sustainability.

This post highlights key messages on:

• trust and continuity;
• safe and inclusive spaces;
• meaningful youth participation;
• professional support;
• sustainable funding;
• cooperation with institutions;
• regional learning and exchange.

MenTalk Camp është një kamp 3-ditor për djem dhe burra të rinj (16–30 vjeç), i krijuar për të ofruar një hapësirë të sigurt ku mund të flasim hapur, të reflektojmë, të mësojmë nga njëri-tjetri dhe të ndërtojmë lidhje të reja.

Gjatë kampit do të kesh mundësinë të marrësh pjesë në:

Brain Gain Youth-Led Workshop krijoi një hapësirë ku të rinjtë u bënë bashkë për të ndarë idetë, përvojat dhe perspektivat e tyre mbi çështje që ndikojnë në jetën e tyre dhe të ardhmen e komuniteteve ku jetojnë.

Përmes diskutimeve interaktive, punës në grupe dhe shkëmbimit të ideve, pjesëmarrësit trajtuan tema si punësimi, arsimi, strehimi, barazia gjinore dhe mjedisi, duke zhvilluar rekomandime dhe iniciativa që pasqyrojnë nevojat dhe prioritetet e të rinjve.

Ky workshop shërbeu si një mundësi për të nxitur dialogun, bashkëpunimin dhe pjesëmarrjen aktive të të rinjve në adresimin e çështjeve që i prekin ata dhe komunitetet e tyre.

Ky projekt financohet nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe implementohet nga partnerët SIT, MasterPeace Global, ACT for Society Center, Institute for Population Development, GrowUnited dhe CZOR.

Në kuadër të projektit "Poke the Bubble – Regional Outreach Youth Work Network and Policy Dialogue", morëm pjesë në Konferencën Rajonale në Novi Sad, ku së bashku me partnerë dhe profesionistë të punës me të rinjtë nga rajoni diskutuam mënyrat për ta bërë punën në terren me të rinjtë më të qasshme, më gjithëpërfshirëse dhe më të qëndrueshme.

Përmes diskutimeve dhe punës së përbashkët, u shkëmbyen përvoja, u identifikuan sfidat e përbashkëta dhe u hodhën bazat për rekomandime që do të kontribuojnë në zhvillimin e politikave dhe praktikave për mbështetjen e të rinjve.

🤝 Konferenca u përmbyll me nënshkrimin e Memorandumit të Mirëkuptimit për krijimin e Rrjetit Rajonal për Punën në Terren me të Rinjtë, një hap i rëndësishëm drejt forcimit të bashkëpunimit rajonal dhe zhvillimit të mëtejshëm të punës me të rinjtë.

Kjo iniciativë u realizua në kuadër të projektit “Poke the Bubble”, financuar nga Bashkimi Evropian dhe zbatuar nga SIT (Prishtinë) dhe CZOR (Novi Sad), me mbështetjen financiare të Fondit për Ballkanin Perëndimor (Western Balkan Fund).

As part of the project "Poke the Bubble – Regional Outreach Youth Work Network and Policy Dialogue", we participated in the Regional Conference in Novi Sad, where together with partners and youth work professionals from the region we discussed ways to make outreach work with young people more accessible, inclusive and sustainable.

Through discussions and joint work, experiences were exchanged, common challenges were identified and the foundations were laid for recommendations that will contribute to the development of policies and practices for supporting young people.

🤝 The conference concluded with the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on the establishment of the Regional Network for Outreach Youth Work, an important step towards strengthening regional cooperation and further developing youth work.

This initiative is part of the project “Poke the Bubble”, funded by the European Union and implemented by SIT – Center for Counseling, Social Services and Research (Prishtinë) and CZOR (Novi Sad), with the financial support of the Western Balkan Fund.
