📣Anketa e Kënaqshmërisë së Qytetarëve 2025 është publikuar.

Tashmë në edicionin e saj të tretë, pas anketave të vitit 2021 dhe 2023, studimi mbulon një gamë të gjerë temash, duke ofruar të dhëna dhe këndvështrime të vlefshme mbi perceptimet e qytetarëve të Kosovës.

Bazuar në një mostër përfaqësuese prej 6,700 respondentësh në të 38 komunat, anketa shqyrton shërbimet dhe performancën komunale, perceptimet për kryetarët e komunave dhe kuvendet komunale, qasjen në informacion, pjesëmarrjen e qytetarëve dhe kënaqshmërinë e përgjithshme.

📣Anketa o zadovoljstvu građana 2025 je objavljena.

Sada u svom trećem ciklusu, nakon anketa iz 2021. i 2023. godine, istraživanje obuhvata širok spektar tema i pruža dragocene uvide u stavove građana Kosova.

Na osnovu reprezentativnog uzorka od 6.700 ispitanika iz svih 38 opština, anketa analizira opštinske usluge i učinak, stavove o gradonačelnicima i opštinskim skupštinama, pristup informacijama, učešće građana i ukupno zadovoljstvo.

📍Gjatë një punëtorie dyditore, përfaqësues të minstrisë, institucioneve qendrore, organizatave partnere dhe shoqërisë civile diskutuan prioritetet dhe objektivat që do të udhëheqin zhvillimin e vetëqeverisjes lokale gjatë pesë viteve të ardhshme.

Projekat DEMOS, u saradnji sa Ministarstvom administracije lokalne samouprave, podržava izradu nove Strategije lokalne samouprave za period 2027–2031 i njenog Akcionog plana.

📍Tokom dvodnevne radionice, predstavnici Ministarstva, centralnih institucija, partnerskih organizacija i civilnog društva razgovarali su o prioritetima i ciljevima koji će usmeravati razvoj lokalne samouprave u narednih pet godina.

💬Kroz projekat DEMOS, koji zajednički finansiraju Evropska unija, Švajcarska i Švedska, Helvetas nastavlja da pruža podršku institucijama Kosova u razvoju održivih politika i jačanju efikasnije, transparentnije i na građane usmerene lokalne uprave.

The DEMOS project, in cooperation with the Ministry of Local Government Administration, is supporting the development of the new Local Self-Government Strategy 2027–2031 and its Action Plan.

📍During a two-day workshop, representatives of the Ministry, central institutions, partner organizations, and civil society discussed the priorities and objectives that will guide the development of local self-government over the next five years.

💬Through the DEMOS project, co-financed by the European Union, Switzerland, and Sweden, Helvetas continues to support Kosovo’s institutions in developing sustainable policies and strengthening more effective, transparent, and citizen-oriented local governance.
