The Participation Awards are back for 2026! 🎉

This initiative celebrates the experiences of European Solidarity Corps participants and highlights the impact of youth volunteering across Europe.

We invite ESC participants to submit a one-minute video sharing their story, reflecting on their experience and connection with their host community.

Ten winners will receive an all-expenses-paid round trip to Brussels in September 2026, including visits to EU institutions, cultural activities, and opportunities to connect with fellow volunteers from across Europe.

The applications are open until 18 May 2026.

LONG TERM ESC VOLUNTEERING

La citta dell'Utopia is looking for two motivated volunteers for a long-term volunteering project at ""La CittĂ  dell'Utopia"" in Rome through the European Solidarity Corps programme, for the period between May 2026 and September 2026. The first deadline for applying is 14.04.2026.

This project is suitable for someone who is interested in both grassroots political activism and the world of project management, specifically related to local and international volunteering, active citizenship, social inclusion, and non-formal education for youngsters and adults. Main tasks are:
Organizing and hosting of international workcamps, north/south trainings, and
international youth meetings (trainings, seminars, youth exchanges, and
capacity building activities).
Organizing and running awareness-raising events.
Organizing conferences, meetings, festivals, photo exhibitions, thematic meals,
farmers’ markets, and courses on music, group dancing, language courses,
gardening.

Regen is based in an Agroforestry farm now containing more then 15.000 different fruit trees, shrubs, herbaceous plants and vegetable gardens. Our association regularly organizes training courses for young people and adults on Agroforestry, Permaculture and Regenerative Agriculture, with practical and theoretical parts. We carry out different activities related to the training of participants in many areas within the framework of agro-ecology, bio-construction, ecology in general. The association has been offering different courses related to Agroforestry, soil regeneration, hydrological management, bioconstruction and some other topics related to ecology for about 8 years.

ESC volunteering call

The project is the result of a series of activities carried out by Link in the field of music. After these experiences, we are now launching an ambitious project connected to the International Music Festival, which will take place in Altamura on 20 and 21 June 2026. The activities will include two events, held in two different locations, both in Altamura (Puglia): the Agorateca community library and the Skatepark Kalcare. Volunteers will be involved in the organization and management of the activities: logistics, support for the musicians, communication, and documentation. Volunteers may also take part in the artistic and musical activities, depending on the organizational needs.

ESC volunteering

The Grazia Deledda Library, located in Ponticelli, a neighbourhood on the Eastern Periphery of Naples, has for several years been the location for initiatives and projects for the inhabitants of the area, thanks to the intervention of a partnership of associations including Noi@Eruope. The objective of the volunteer camp is to support some of the activities carried out within the library and implement regeneration and decoration actions to make it more welcoming for its users. During the volunteer camp, the following activities will be carried out: cleaning actions in the green areas surrounding the library; the creation of artistic signage; repainting of the two rooms dedicated to children; and restoration and protective treatment of the outdoor wooden furniture.

Tasks:
- Becoming a team member in the Medienwerkstatt and supporting them with their workshops and production of videos, audios and project management
- Helping out with the theatre workshops for very young children and youngsters
- Helping with the organisation of bandcamps for older children from different parts of town
- Taking part in the editorial team of the magazine issued by the cultural centre (depending on your German language skills and interest of course)
- Take part in the backstage work of events (helping at the ticket and information desk, the logistics behind the scenes, the promotional materials etc.).
- Taking pictures and videos during events and organising the Instagram and other social media visibility
- Coming up with your own ideas for small events, workshops, exhibitions, …

Join the summer camp in Pétervására, where you can work with children aged 6 to 18 and help create unforgettable experiences for them! Volunteers will support the summer camps organized by the Hét Kútforrás Foundation, mainly for disadvantaged Roma children. The activities usually take place in the afternoons and are held at three locations: Pétervására, Szajla, and Erdőkövesd. Most of the children are between 6 and 10 years old. The program includes games, creative workshops, sports, and lots of fun together.
