Ushqimit në Kosovë. Kjo platformë lidh direkt bizneset që kanë ushqim që rrezikon të hudhet për arsye të skadencës apo moskonsumimit, me qytetarët e interesuar për të konsumuar atë ushqim. UX e platformës mundëson përdoruesëve lehtësi të përdorimit ku përmes disa klikimeve i tërë procesi i rezervimit dhe shkarkimit të mallit kompletohet. Çdo ushqim i shpëtuar mbron Natyrën dhe redukton kostot. Platforma foodsafe community është zhvilluar në kuadër të nismës “Let’s Talk About Food Waste” i cili është një pilot projekt që synon të iniciojë një dialog publik të udhëhequr nga komuniteti dhe palët e tjera të interesit në Kosovë mbi ndikimet socio-ekonomike, politike dhe mjedisore të Mbeturinave Ushqimore dhe pilotimin e zgjidhjeve inovative. Nisma “Let’s Talk About Food Waste” zbatohet nga Fondacioni Jeshil nga Janari 2020, në kuadër të konsorciumit të projektit HumanRightivism i cili mbështetet nga Qeveria Suedeze dhe menaxhohet nga Community Development Fund. Gjithashtu, kjo nismë është mbështetur nga “Programi i Shoqërisë Civile për Shqipërinë dhe Kosovën”, financuar nga Ministria e Punëve të Jashtme të Norvegjisë dhe menaxhuar nga Fondacioni Kosovar për Shoqëri Civile (KCSF) në partneritet me Partnerët Shqipëri për Ndryshim dhe Zhvillim (PA). Fondacioni Jeshil është një organizatë mjedisore jo-qeveritare nga Prishtina, e themeluar në vitin 2014, me mision zhvillimin e zgjidhjeve të qëndrueshme dhe afatgjate urbane dhe rurale për rritje harmonike në Kosovë, duke u bazuar në vlerat dhe parimet e Permakulturës. Local technological innovation that aims to bring together citizens and the private sector in a food community to engage, exchange and reduce Food Loss in Kosovo. This platform directly connects businesses that have food that is in danger of being discarded due to expiration or non-consumption, with citizens interested in consuming that food, all food on the foodsafe community platform is FREE. The platform UX enables users ease of use where through a few clicks the whole process of booking and unloading the goods is completed. This activity is part of "Let's Talk About Food Waste" initiative. The pilot initiative aims to contribute to environmental protection and policy-making in Kosovo through a community-led, multi-stakeholder public dialogue on socio-economic, political and environmental impacts of Food Waste and piloting of innovative solutions for Food Waste Reduction in Kosovo. The "Let’s Talk About Food Waste" initiative has been implemented by the "Fondacioni Jeshil" since January 2020, as part of the consortium of HumanRightivism project, financed by the Swedish International Development Agency and managed by Community Development Fund; also, this grant is supported by the ‘Civil Society programme for Albania and Kosovo’, financed by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and managed by Kosovar Civil Society Foundation (KCSF) in partnership with Partners Albania for Change and Development (PA). Fondacioni Jeshil is a non-governmental environmental organization from Prishtina, established in 2014, with the mission of developing sustainable and long-term urban and rural solutions for harmonious growth in Kosovo, based on the values and principles of Permaculture.
