The Musine Kokalari Institute is an independent think tank that promotes social and democratic values in Kosovo by championing progressive policies.

Our goal is to create a fair and equal society that values diversity, inclusivity, and social cohesion. “Musine Kokalari” Institute is an independent institute, established as a think tank, promoting social democratic values in Kosovo by actively engaging in progressive policies in Kosovo. We focus on conceptualizing and promoting a more just, equal and fair society, which, by focusing on the futu

re, strive to overcome differences, narrow gaps and establish common public civic based values which are shared by all and cherished collectively. We work towards achieving a much higher social cohesion based on social equality and coexistence of different cultures. A just and fair society is an open society, which embraces diversity and equality among its members, regardless of their ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, social position and cultural background. To this end, the Institute’s focus is particularly on promoting women and workers rights; diverging cultural identity; a more equal redistribution of wealth, which includes increasing transparency and efficiency of public institutions according to principles of good governance; the economic rationale of social issues; human rights; clean environment as a human right and space of equality; and a better regional cooperation. Our political reality needs to reach a higher state of development and interaction. Most of the things that we deal with in Western Balkans, as problems and challenges, are neither new nor particular to the region. In actuality, they are similar to the ones faced by countries of the region, as well as countries of the European Union. Therefore, social and political reforms cannot be done in one country alone. Neither should we insist that solutions to these problems be necessarily authentic. Therefore European social and political values are inevitable in our society and our political discourse. We organize conferences, create policy papers and conduct research. The aim of these activities is to strengthen the capacity of the Kosovo progressive organizations to create, implement and promote their programs and policies. Moreover, we work to strengthen social and civic capacities and capabilities for various Unions, Associations and citizens organizations to raise their voice and elaborate their interests and demands. The Institute believes that democracy is possible only through bottom up approach. We believe in a much more stronger regional networking of progressive think tanks, which enables a more profound, better informed and more effective debate and discussion on the issues and problems that we all deal with, and have no particular, but only universal, answer.

🔹Gjatë takimit u diskutuan çështje të rëndësishme për qytetarët, përfshirë informimin për shërbimet sociale, mbështetjen për personat me aftësi të kufizuara, kujdesin për të moshuarit, qasjen e komuniteteve joshumicë në shërbime, mbështetjen për gratë dhe nevojën për planifikim më të mirë buxhetor në fushën sociale.

📝Si hap i ardhshëm, Grupi u dakordua të organizojë një diskutim me qytetarë, Drejtorinë e Punës dhe Mirëqenies Sociale, Qendrën për Punë Sociale dhe organizatat që ofrojnë shërbime sociale, me qëllim identifikimin më të qartë të nevojave dhe prioriteteve sociale në Prizren.

📍Institut za socijalne politike Musine Kokalari organizovao je prvi sastanak Tematske Grupe Odbornika za Socijalne Politike i Socijalne Usluge u Prizrenu.

🔹Tokom sastanka razgovarano je o važnim pitanjima za građane, uključujući informisanje o socijalnim uslugama, podršku osobama sa invaliditetom, brigu o starijim osobama, pristup uslugama za nevećinske zajednice, podršku ženama, kao i potrebu za boljim budžetskim planiranjem u oblasti socijalne politike.

📝Kao naredni korak, Grupa se saglasila da organizuje diskusiju sa građanima, Direkcijom za rad i socijalnu zaštitu, Centrom za socijalni rad i organizacijama koje pružaju socijalne usluge, sa ciljem jasnijeg sagledavanja socijalnih potreba i prioriteta u Prizrenu.

📍Institute for Social Policy Musine Kokalari organized the first meeting of the Thematic Group of Municipal Assembly Members for Social Policies and Social Services in Prizren.

🔹During the meeting, participants discussed issues of importance to citizens, including access to information on social services, support for persons with disabilities, care for the elderly, access to services for non-majority communities, support for women, and the need for improved budget planning in the social sector.

📝As a next step, the Group agreed to organize a discussion with citizens, the Directorate of Labour and Social Welfare, the Centre for Social Work, and organizations providing social services, with the aim of identifying social needs and priorities in Prizren more clearly.

🌄 Mali Sharr, bujqësia dhe turizmi u identifikuan nga të rinjtë serbë si mundësi kyçe për zhvillimin ekonomik të Shtërpcës.

Gjatë punëtorisë “Të Rinjtë dhe Ndërtimi i Besimit Ndërkomunitar”, pjesëmarrësit diskutuan sfidat me të cilat përballen të rinjtë, si papunësia dhe migrimi, si dhe propozuan iniciativa konkrete për zhvillimin lokal dhe forcimin e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet komuniteteve.

💬 Mesazhi kryesor ishte se zhvillimi ekonomik, mundësitë për të rinjtë dhe bashkëpunimi ndërkomunitar janë thelbësore për të ardhmen e Shtërpcës.

Ky aktivitet u realizua në kuadër të projektit “Nxitja e Dialogut Politik mbi Kohezionin Ndëretnik dhe Social”, me mbështetjen e National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

Tokom radionice „Mladi i izgradnja međuzajedničkog poverenja“, učesnici su razgovarali o izazovima sa kojima se mladi suočavaju, kao što su nezaposlenost i migracije, i predložili konkretne inicijative za lokalni razvoj i jačanje saradnje između zajednica.

💬 Glavna poruka radionice bila je da su ekonomski razvoj, prilike za mlade i međuzajednička saradnja od suštinskog značaja za budućnost Štrpca.

🌄 Šar Mountain, agriculture, and tourism were identified by Serbian youth as key opportunities for the economic development of Štrpce.

During the workshop “Youth and Building Intercommunity Trust,” participants discussed challenges facing young people, such as unemployment and migration, and proposed concrete initiatives for local development and stronger cooperation between communities.

💬 The main message was that economic development, opportunities for young people, and intercommunity cooperation are essential for the future of Štrpce.

📍Papunësia, mungesa e perspektivës dhe migrimi dominojnë shqetësimet e të rinjve serbë në Gorazhdec

🔹Mungesa e perspektivës, papunësia dhe migrimi i të rinjve mbeten ndër sfidat kryesore me të cilat përballen të rinjtë serbë në Gorazhdec. Ky ishte një nga përfundimet kryesore të punëtorisë “Të Rinjtë dhe Ndërtimi i Besimit Ndërkomunitar”, të organizuar nga Instituti për Politika Sociale Musine Kokalari me pjesëmarrjen e të rinjve dhe përfaqësuesve të komunitetit serb. Punëtoria u organizua dhe u moderua nga Senad Šabović dhe Fisnik Rexhepi.

📝Gjatë punëtorisë u diskutua për marrëdhëniet ndërkomunitare, stereotipet dhe paragjykimet që vazhdojnë të ndikojnë në perceptimet mes komuniteteve. Pjesëmarrësit vlerësuan se narrativat politike, mediat dhe rrjetet sociale shpesh kontribuojnë në thellimin e mosbesimit, ndërsa kontaktet e drejtpërdrejta dhe bashkëpunimi praktik mbeten mënyrat më efektive për ndërtimin e besimit.

🔗Largimi i të rinjve, mungesa e vendeve të punës, sfidat në bujqësi, problemet mjedisore dhe mungesa e hapësirave për aktivitete rinore u identifikuan si probleme të përbashkëta që prekin komunitetet pavarësisht përkatësisë etnike.
Pjesëmarrësit kërkuan më shumë investime në aktivitete rinore, sportive, kulturore dhe sociale, si dhe propozuan iniciativa konkrete për forcimin e bashkëpunimit ndërmjet komuniteteve. Ata identifikuan si prioritete kryesore zhvillimin ekonomik lokal, mbrojtjen e mjedisit, më shumë mundësi për të rinjtë, komunikim më të madh ndërmjet komuniteteve dhe siguri e stabilitet.

🔍Mesazhi kryesor i punëtorisë ishte se shumë nga sfidat me të cilat përballen të rinjtë janë të përbashkëta dhe se ndërtimi i besimit kërkon komunikim të vazhdueshëm, respekt të ndërsjellë dhe më shumë mundësi për bashkëpunim konkret në nivel lokal.

📍Nezaposlenost, migracije i nedostatak perspektive ključni izazovi za mlade Srbe u Goraždevcu

🔹Nedostatak perspektive, nezaposlenost i migracije mladih ostaju među glavnim izazovima sa kojima se suočavaju mladi Srbi u Goraždevcu. Ovo je jedan od glavnih zaključaka radionice “Mladi i izgradnja međuzajedničkog poverenja”, koju je organizovao Institut za socijalnu politiku Musine Kokalari uz učešće mladih i predstavnika srpske zajednice. Radionicu su organizovali i moderirali Senad Šabović i Fisnik Rexhepi.

📝Tokom radionice razgovaralo se o međuzajedničkim odnosima, stereotipima i predrasudama koje i dalje utiču na percepcije među zajednicama. Učesnici su ocenili da politički narativi, mediji i društvene mreže često doprinose produbljivanju nepoverenja, dok direktni kontakti i praktična saradnja ostaju najefikasniji načini za izgradnju poverenja.

🔗Odlazak mladih, nedostatak radnih mesta, izazovi u poljoprivredi, ekološki problemi i nedostatak prostora za omladinske aktivnosti identifikovani su kao zajednički problemi koji pogađaju zajednice bez obzira na etničku pripadnost.
Učesnici su zatražili veća ulaganja u omladinske, sportske, kulturne i društvene aktivnosti, kao i pokretanje konkretnih inicijativa za jačanje saradnje među zajednicama. Kao glavne prioritete izdvojili su lokalni ekonomski razvoj, zaštitu životne sredine, više mogućnosti za mlade, intenzivniju komunikaciju među zajednicama, kao i veću sigurnost i stabilnost.

🔍Glavna poruka radionice bila je da su mnogi izazovi sa kojima se mladi suočavaju zajednički i da izgradnja poverenja zahteva kontinuiranu komunikaciju, međusobno poštovanje i više prilika za konkretnu saradnju na lokalnom nivou.

📍Unemployment, Lack of Opportunities, and Migration Dominate the Concerns of Serbian Youth in Goraždevac

🔹Lack of opportunities, unemployment, and youth migration remain among the key challenges facing Serbian youth in Goraždevac. This was one of the main conclusions of the workshop “Youth and Building Intercommunity Trust,” organized by the Musine Kokalari Institute for Social Policy with the participation of young people and representatives of the Serbian community. The workshop was organized and moderated by Senad Šabović and Fisnik Rexhepi.

📝During the workshop, participants discussed intercommunity relations, stereotypes, and prejudices that continue to shape perceptions between communities. Participants noted that political narratives, the media, and social networks often contribute to deepening mistrust, while direct contact and practical cooperation remain the most effective ways of building trust.

🔗Youth migration, lack of employment opportunities, challenges in agriculture, environmental issues, and the lack of spaces for youth activities were identified as common problems affecting communities regardless of ethnic background.
Participants called for greater investment in youth, sports, cultural, and social activities and proposed concrete initiatives to strengthen cooperation between communities. They identified local economic development, environmental protection, greater opportunities for young people, enhanced communication between communities, and increased security and stability as key priorities.

🔍The main message of the workshop was that many of the challenges faced by young people are shared across communities and that building trust requires continuous communication, mutual respect, and more opportunities for practical cooperation at the local level.

📍Asambleistët e Graçanicës kërkojnë më shumë investime në arsim, integrim dhe përfshirje sociale

🔹Arsimi, punësimi dhe integrimi social i komuniteteve joshumicë mbeten ndër sfidat kryesore në Graçanicë, një komunë me shumicë serbe. Këto ishin disa nga temat kryesore të diskutimit në takimin e organizuar nga Instituti për Politika Sociale Musine Kokalari me asambleistët e Komunës së Graçanicës, në kuadër të aktiviteteve për dialog dhe kohezion social.

📝Gjatë takimit u diskutua veçanërisht për sfidat me të cilat përballen komunitetet, përfaqësimin institucional, arsimin, punësimin dhe integrimin social. Asambleistët theksuan se niveli i ulët i arsimimit, mungesa e njohjes së gjuhëve të tjetrit dhe mundësitë e kufizuara për aftësim profesional vazhdojnë të pengojnë integrimin ekonomik dhe shoqëror.

🔗Në diskutim u theksua nevoja për më shumë investime në arsim, infrastrukturë dhe aktivitete ndërkulturore, si dhe rëndësia e funksionalizimit të Planit Lokal të Veprimit për komunitetet rom, ashkali dhe egjiptian. Një nga propozimet që ngjalli më shumë debat ishte krijimi i një institucioni arsimor multietnik, i cili do të mund të kontribuonte në afrimin e komuniteteve dhe tejkalimin e barrierave gjuhësore që në moshë të hershme.

🔖Ky aktivitet u realizua në kuadër të projektit “Nxitja e Dialogut Politik mbi Kohezionin Ndëretnik dhe Social”, me mbështetjen e National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

📍Odbornici Gračanice traže veća ulaganja u obrazovanje, integraciju i socijalnu uključenost

🔹Obrazovanje, zapošljavanje i socijalna integracija nevećinskih zajednica ostaju među ključnim izazovima u Gračanici, opštini sa srpskom većinom. To su bile neke od glavnih tema razgovora na sastanku koji je Institut za socijalnu politiku Musine Kokalari organizovao sa odbornicima Skupštine opštine Gračanica, u okviru aktivnosti usmerenih na dijalog i društvenu koheziju.

📝Tokom sastanka posebno se razgovaralo o izazovima sa kojima se suočavaju zajednice, institucionalnoj zastupljenosti, obrazovanju, zapošljavanju i socijalnoj integraciji. Odbornici su istakli da nizak nivo obrazovanja, nedovoljno poznavanje jezika drugih zajednica i ograničene mogućnosti za stručno osposobljavanje i dalje predstavljaju prepreke za ekonomsku i društvenu integraciju.

📝U diskusiji je naglašena potreba za većim ulaganjima u obrazovanje, infrastrukturu i međukulturne aktivnosti, kao i značaj stavljanja u funkciju Lokalnog akcionog plana za romsku, aškalijsku i egipćansku zajednicu. Jedan od predloga koji je izazvao najviše pažnje bilo je osnivanje multietničke obrazovne ustanove, koja bi mogla doprineti približavanju zajednica i prevazilaženju jezičkih barijera od najranijeg uzrasta.

📍Gračanica Municipal Assembly Members Call for Greater Investment in Education, Integration, and Social Inclusion

🔹Education, employment, and the social integration of non-majority communities remain among the key challenges in Gračanica, a municipality with a Serbian-majority population. These were some of the main topics discussed during a meeting organized by the Musine Kokalari Institute for Social Policy with members of the Gračanica Municipal Assembly as part of activities promoting dialogue and social cohesion.

📝During the meeting, participants discussed in particular the challenges faced by communities, institutional representation, education, employment, and social integration. Assembly members emphasized that low levels of educational attainment, limited knowledge of each other's languages, and restricted opportunities for vocational training continue to hinder economic and social integration.

🔗The discussion highlighted the need for greater investment in education, infrastructure, and intercultural activities, as well as the importance of operationalizing the Local Action Plan for Roma, Ashkali, and Egyptian communities. One of the proposals that generated the most discussion was the establishment of a multiethnic educational institution, which could contribute to bringing communities closer together and overcoming language barriers from an early age.

📍Dialogu ndërkomunitar në Dragash: shqiptarë dhe goranë kërkojnë më shumë investime, shërbime dhe zhvillim lokal

🔹Izolimi infrastrukturor, papunësia, migrimi i të rinjve dhe mungesa e shërbimeve bazike mbeten ndër sfidat kryesore me të cilat përballen komunitetet në Dragash. Këto ishin disa nga temat e ngritura gjatë takimit të organizuar nga Instituti për Politika Sociale Musine Kokalari, me pjesëmarrës nga komuniteti shqiptar, goran dhe boshnjak, përfshirë asamblistë të kuvendit komunal, pjesëtarë të shoqërisë civile, sektorit privat, aktivistë lokalë etj.

🔗Ndonëse komunitetet shqiptare dhe gorane vazhdojnë të mbeten të ndara sidomos në sistemet e arsimit dhe shëndetësisë, pjesëmarrësit kërkuan njëzëri më shumë investime në infrastrukturë, shërbime publike dhe zhvillim ekonomik lokal.
Gjatë diskutimit u theksua nevoja për përmirësimin e rrugëve dhe lidhjeve me Prizrenin, furnizim më të qëndrueshëm me ujë, rrymë dhe internet, si dhe investime më serioze në menaxhimin e mbeturinave dhe pastërtisë publike.

📝Papunësia, sidomos te të rinjtë, u identifikua si problem qendror. Pjesëmarrësit theksuan mungesën e industrisë dhe kufizimet për zhvillimin e bizneseve të vogla, ndërsa turizmi u vlerësua si një nga potencialet kryesore të Dragash*t. Megjithatë, mungesa e infrastrukturës dhe kufizimet ligjore që lidhen me parkun nacional vazhdojnë të pengojnë investimet private dhe zhvillimin ekonomik lokal.

🔍Në takim u diskutua edhe për mungesën e aktiviteteve të përbashkëta ndërmjet komuniteteve, barrierat gjuhësore dhe nevojën për më shumë hapësira bashkëpunimi për të rinjtë dhe gratë.

📍Međuzajednički dijalog u Dragašu: Albanci i Goranci traže više investicija, usluga i lokalnog razvoja

🔹Infrastrukturna izolacija, nezaposlenost, migracija mladih i nedostatak osnovnih usluga ostaju među glavnim izazovima sa kojima se suočavaju zajednice u Dragašu. To su bile neke od tema pokrenutih tokom sastanka koji je organizovao Institut za socijalne politike Musine Kokalari, uz učešće pripadnika albanske, goranske i bošnjačke zajednice, uključujući odbornike skupštine opštine, predstavnike civilnog društva, privatnog sektora, lokalne aktiviste i druge.

🔗Iako albanska i goranska zajednica i dalje ostaju podeljene posebno u sistemima obrazovanja i zdravstva, učesnici su jednoglasno zatražili više ulaganja u infrastrukturu, javne usluge i lokalni ekonomski razvoj.

📝Tokom diskusije naglašena je potreba za poboljšanjem puteva i povezanosti sa Prizrenom, stabilnijim snabdevanjem vodom, električnom energijom i internetom, kao i ozbiljnijim ulaganjima u upravljanje otpadom i javnu čistoću.

🔍Nezaposlenost, posebno među mladima, identifikovana je kao centralni problem. Učesnici su istakli nedostatak industrije i ograničenja za razvoj malih biznisa, dok je turizam ocenjen kao jedan od glavnih potencijala Dragaša. Međutim, nedostatak infrastrukture i zakonska ograničenja povezana sa nacionalnim parkom i dalje otežavaju privatne investicije i lokalni ekonomski razvoj.

🔹Na sastanku se razgovaralo i o nedostatku zajedničkih aktivnosti među zajednicama, jezičkim barijerama i potrebi za više prostora za saradnju mladih i žena.

📍Intercommunal Dialogue in Dragash: Albanians and Gorani call for more investment, services, and local development

🔹Infrastructure isolation, unemployment, youth migration, and the lack of basic services remain among the key challenges faced by communities in Dragash. These were some of the issues raised during a meeting organized by the Musine Kokalari Institute for Social Policy, which brought together participants from the Albanian, Gorani, and Bosniak communities, including members of the municipal assembly, civil society actors, private sector representatives, and local activists.

📝Although Albanian and Gorani communities continue to remain largely separated, particularly in the education and healthcare systems, participants unanimously called for more investment in infrastructure, public services, and local economic development.

🔗During the discussion, the need for improved road connections to Prizren was emphasized, along with a more stable supply of water, electricity, and internet. Participants also stressed the importance of stronger investment in waste management and public cleanliness.

🔍Unemployment, especially among young people, was identified as a central issue. Participants highlighted the lack of industry and limited opportunities for small business development, while tourism was seen as one of Dragash’s key economic potentials. However, the lack of infrastructure and legal restrictions related to the national park continue to hinder private investment and local economic growth.

🔹The meeting also addressed the lack of joint activities between communities, language barriers, and the need for more spaces for cooperation among youth and women.

📍Dialogu ndërkomunitar në Mitrovicën e Veriut: serbë, shqiptarë dhe boshnjakë kërkojnë më shumë hapësirë për dialog dhe zhvillim

🔹Temat politike vazhdojnë të prodhojnë tensione dhe të thellojnë distancën mes komuniteteve, ndërsa lodhja nga polarizimi politik po e shtyn gjithnjë e më shumë nevojën për fokusim te problemet reale të qytetarëve.

📝Ky ishte një nga përfundimet e takimit të organizuar nga Instituti për Politika Sociale Musine Kokalari në Mitrovicën e Veriut, në kuadër të aktiviteteve për dialog dhe bashkëjetesë ndërkomunitare, me pjesëmarrës nga komuniteti shqiptar, serb dhe boshnjak, përfshirë asamblistë të kuvendit komunal, pjesëtarë të shoqërisë civile, sektorit privat, aktivistë lokalë etj.

🔗Gjatë takimit u diskutua për marrëdhëniet ndërkomunitare, sfidat e përditshme, të ardhmen e qytetit dhe pritjet nga institucionet lokale. Të rinjtë dhe e ardhmja e qytetit ishin ndër temat kryesore, ku u theksua mungesa e perspektivës, vendeve të punës dhe mundësive për zhvillim, çka po ndikon në migrimin e tyre.

🔍Pjesëmarrësit nënvizuan gjithashtu mungesën e hapësirave të përbashkëta, aktiviteteve kulturore e sportive dhe ndikimin e narrativave politike që shpesh pengojnë afrimin mes të rinjve.

🏛 Nga institucionet lokale u kërkua më shumë angazhim konkret për nevojat e komuniteteve, sidomos për të rinjtë dhe gratë. Pjesëmarrësit theksuan mungesën e sallave sportive, kurseve profesionale dhe zhvillimit ekonomik, duke nënvizuar nevojën për më shumë dialog dhe iniciativa lokale.

📍Međuzajednički dijalog u Severnoj Mitrovici: Srbi, Albanci i Bošnjaci traže više prostora za dijalog i razvoj

🔹Političke teme nastavljaju da proizvode tenzije i produbljuju distancu među zajednicama, dok zamor od političke polarizacije sve više nameće potrebu za fokusiranjem na stvarne probleme građana. To je bio jedan od zaključaka sastanka koji je organizovao Institut za socijalne politike Musine Kokalari u Severnoj Mitrovici, u okviru aktivnosti za međuzajednički dijalog i suživot, uz učešće učesnika iz albanske, srpske i bošnjačke zajednice, uključujući odbornike skupštine opštine, predstavnike civilnog društva, privatnog sektora, lokalne aktiviste i tkd.

📝Tokom sastanka razgovaralo se o međuzajedničkim odnosima, svakodnevnim izazovima, budućnosti grada i očekivanjima od lokalnih institucija. Mladi i budućnost grada bili su među glavnim temama, pri čemu je istaknuto odsustvo perspektive, radnih mesta i mogućnosti za razvoj, što utiče na njihovo iseljavanje. Učesnici su takođe naglasili nedostatak zajedničkih prostora, kulturnih i sportskih aktivnosti, kao i uticaj političkih narativa koji često otežavaju približavanje mladih iz različitih zajednica.

🔗Od lokalnih institucija zatražen je konkretniji angažman za potrebe zajednica, posebno mladih i žena. Učesnici su ukazali na nedostatak sportskih sala, stručnih kurseva i ekonomskog razvoja, naglašavajući potrebu za više dijaloga i lokalnih inicijativa.

🔖Ova aktivnost realizovana je u okviru projekta “Podsticanje političkog dijaloga o međuetničkoj i društvenoj koheziji”, uz podršku National Endowment for Democracy (NED).

📍Intercommunity Dialogue in North Mitrovica: Serbs, Albanians, and Bosniaks Call for More Space for Dialogue and Development

🔹Political issues continue to generate tensions and deepen the divide between communities, while growing fatigue with political polarization is increasingly driving the need to focus on the real concerns of citizens.

📝This was one of the key conclusions of a meeting organized by the Musine Kokalari Institute for Social Policy in North Mitrovica as part of its activities promoting intercommunity dialogue and coexistence. The event brought together participants from the Albanian, Serbian, and Bosniak communities, including members of the municipal assembly, civil society representatives, private sector actors, local activists, and others.

🔗During the meeting, participants discussed intercommunity relations, everyday challenges, the future of the city, and expectations from local institutions. Youth and the future of the city were among the main topics of discussion, with participants highlighting the lack of opportunities, employment prospects, and development opportunities, which are contributing to youth migration. They also emphasized the shortage of shared public spaces, cultural and sports activities, and the impact of political narratives that often hinder closer interaction among young people from different communities.

🔍Participants called on local institutions to demonstrate greater commitment to addressing the needs of communities, particularly those of young people and women. They highlighted the lack of sports facilities, vocational training opportunities, and economic development, underlining the need for more dialogue and locally driven initiatives.
