Since 2021, Landscapes of Repair has been exploring and documenting the connections between sound, memorialization processes, and public spaces through various (non)musical materials, compositions, soundscapes, field recordings, formal and informal forms of sonic and audio-visual content, as well as silence as formats of remembrance.
Last week, the Centre for Narrative Practice hosted a workshop that built upon our previous research and participants recorded and produced soundscapes and field recordings during the workshop, which were then uploaded to the Landscapes of Repair sound map, available on Landscapes of Repair website.
The workshop was co-organized by Forum Civil Peace Service - Kosovo, Creative Research into Sound Arts Practice, Shortwave Collective, and the Centre for Narrative Practice.
