Hibrid.info aims to create a safer and more trustworthy digital information space. Që nga themelimi i saj në vitin 2020, platforma ka luajtur rol aktiv në verifikimin e përmbajtjeve mediatike dhe digjitale, identifikimin e dezinformatave dhe narrativave manipuluese, si dhe në prodhimin e analizave të baz
uara në fakte që kontribuojnë në një mjedis informativ më të saktë, transparent dhe rezistent. Platforma është anëtare e rrjeteve dhe iniciativave ndërkombëtare që promovojnë standarde të larta të integritetit të informacionit, edukimit mediatik dhe inovacionit të përgjegjshëm digjital, përfshirë International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), European Fact-Checking Standards Network (EFCSN), Global Alliance for Media Innovation (GAMI), UNESCO Media and Information Literacy (MIL), Alliance for Europe, WAN-IFRA dhe Open Information Partnership. Hibrid.info vepron përmes katër shtyllave të ndërlidhura:
Produksion – krijimi i raporteve të verifikuara, analizave dhe përmbajtjeve multimediale që mbështesin transparencën, llogaridhënien dhe diskursin publik të bazuar në fakte;
Edukimi – zhvillimi i programeve të edukimit mediatik dhe informativ, përfshirë trajnime, formate audiovizive dhe burime edukative, në përputhje me prioritetet e BE-së për fuqizimin qytetar dhe rezistencën shoqërore;
Avokimi – ngritja e vetëdijes publike dhe nxitja e dialogut të informuar mbi çrregullimin informues, transparencën e mediave, përgjegjësinë e platformave online dhe qasjet rregullatore të ndërlidhura me Aktin për Shërbimet Digjitale (DSA) dhe qeverisjen e teknologjive digjitale;
Inovacioni – përmes HibridLAB, zhvillimi dhe testimi i aplikacioneve dhe mjeteve digjitale që mbështesin analizën e përmbajtjes, verifikimin e informacionit dhe përdorimin e përgjegjshëm të inteligjencës artificiale (AI), në përputhje me parimet e Aktit për Inteligjencën Artificiale (AI Act), përfshirë transparencën, vlerësimin e rrezikut dhe mbikëqyrjen njerëzore. Misioni i Hibrid.info është të kontribuojë në krijimin e një hapësire digjitale më të sigurt dhe më të besueshme të informacionit, duke kombinuar kontrollin rigoroz të fakteve me edukimin mediatik, avokimin e orientuar drejt politikave publike dhe inovacionin e përgjegjshëm. Përmes kësaj qasjeje, Hibrid.info synon të forcojë rezistencën shoqërore, pjesëmarrjen demokratike të informuar dhe harmonizimin me vlerat dhe kornizat rregullatore evropiane që qeverisin ekosistemin digjital.

Hibrid.info is an independent platform dedicated to strengthening information integrity within the digital public sphere. Since its establishment in 2020, the platform has played an active role in verifying media and digital content, identifying disinformation and manipulative narratives, and producing evidence-based analyses that contribute to a more accurate, transparent, and resilient information environment. The platform is a member of international networks and initiatives promoting high standards of information integrity, media and information literacy, and responsible digital innovation, including the International Fact-Checking Network (IFCN), the European Fact-Checking Standards Network (EFCSN), the Global Alliance for Media Innovation (GAMI), UNESCO Media and Information Literacy (MIL), Alliance for Europe, WAN-IFRA, and the Open Information Partnership. Hibrid.info operates through four interconnected pillars:
Production – the creation of verified reports, analytical outputs, and multimedia content that support transparency, accountability, and evidence-based public discourse;
Education – the design and delivery of media and information literacy programmes, including training, audiovisual formats, and educational resources, aligned with EU priorities on societal resilience and civic empowerment;
Advocacy – promoting public awareness and informed dialogue on information disorder, platform accountability, media transparency, and regulatory approaches related to the Digital Services Act (DSA) and the governance of emerging technologies;
Innovation – through HibridLAB, the development and testing of digital tools and applications that support content analysis, information verification, and the responsible use of artificial intelligence, in line with the principles of the EU AI Act, including transparency, risk awareness, and human oversight. The mission of Hibrid.info is to contribute to a safer and more trustworthy digital information environment by combining rigorous fact-checking with media literacy, policy-oriented advocacy, and responsible innovation. Through its work, Hibrid.info aims to strengthen societal resilience, support informed democratic participation, and advance alignment with European values and regulatory frameworks governing the digital ecosystem.
