Mediation Center Mitrovica was established in March 2013 as a program implemented by CSSP and supported by Norwegian Embassy in Pristina, Swiss Embassy in Pristina and German Foreign Office. Three years after its establishment, in June 2016, MCM entered the process of registration. The
process of registration of MCM as a local, legal entity is the logical extension of one of the main
principles of

CSSP - local ownership. The legal name of Mediation Center Mitrovica from October 2016 is Alternative Dispute Resolution Center (ADRC).
