ve lokale, qendrore, sektorit jo qeveritar dhe komuniteteve. Center for Civil Society Gjakova is non governmental organization,with a mission to support civil society initiatives deriving from NGO community, active citizenship at the local decision making and social dialogue through cross sect oral cooperation. By partnering, and networking within different stakeholders, direct implementation of projects, CCS aim to ensure sustainable sector, and strategic partnership among local / central institutions, nonprofit sector and communities.
