“Menaxhimi i Stresit te Personat me Aftësi të Kufizuara Fizike”
Ky dokument synon të vendosë një bazë kontekstuale për kuptimin e stresit dhe mënyrave të përballjes me të te personat me aftësi të kufizuara fizike, duke e lidhur literaturën shkencore me realitetin lokal dhe me të dhënat e mbledhura në kuadër të fokus-grupeve.
Në mënyrë konkrete, dokumenti synon:
Të argumentoj pse stresi dhe menaxhimi i tij përbëjnë një temë prioritare për personat me aftësi të kufizuara fizike, si në nivel global ashtu edhe në nivel lokal.
Të evidentoj boshllëqet ekzistuese në të dhëna dhe hulumtime, veçanërisht në periudhën pas pandemisë së COVID-19, si dhe të sqarojë nevojën për studime të tilla në nivel komunal.

Analytical Report and Practical Guide “Stress Management among Persons with Physical Disabilities”
This document aims to establish a contextual foundation for understanding stress and coping mechanisms among persons with physical disabilities by linking scientific literature with the local reality and the data collected through focus groups.
Specifically, the document aims to:
Explain why stress and its management represent a priority issue for persons with physical disabilities, both at the global and local levels. Identify existing gaps in data and research, particularly in the period following the COVID-19 pandemic, and clarify the need for such studies at the municipal level.
