Samoa AIDS Foundation SAF aims to serve as a vehicle for change through empowerment of those infected and affected by the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

Samoa AIDS Foundation (SAF) Incorporated is a non-profit, non-political, non- government organization established in October 2004, and officially launched on World AIDS Day, 1 December 2004. It does this primarily through awareness and prevention programmes to minimize infection and to care, support and advocate for the rights of People Living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) to live as humans with full potential in Samoa.
