Four years after her amputation, this woman received her first custom-made prosthetic from our team today.
Because her amputation was close to the knee, this first model is rigid - designed to help her regain stability and confidence in her movement.

In the months ahead, our team will study how to integrate knee mobility into future designs to give her even greater freedom and comfort.
