So many Christians have never gotten involved in the Great Commission. Some because they don't know what they can do, and some because they just don't want to.

Getting involved in the Great Commission is truly a great honor. You can send a missionary through giving, support an evangelist, or go yourself and share with others. It doesn't have to take years, but its effect will last into eternity!

Get involved in the Great Commission today!

As I sat waiting in line at the bank yesterday, I caught myself thinking, "I'm wasting my day here." But almost as quickly, I was reminded that this is the assignment God has for me right now, in this moment. That shift changed my heart, my perspective, and my attitude instantly.

Never think the task God has given you is unimportant. It may seem small — even insignificant in the natural — but in God's greater plan, it matters. Do it as unto the Lord, not unto man (Colossians 3:23).

John 14:26 tells us the Holy Spirit will put us in remembrance of things the Lord told us. That means we had to hear it originally and forgot.
One of the names of the Lord is Jehovah Jireh, my provider. He sees ahead and provides. He knows what we need before we do. Including what teachings we need to hear, what sermons we need to listen to, and what passages we need explained.

So many Christian’s sit in church thinking ‘I don’t need this’. Maybe it doesn’t apply to you now but it could eventually. When it does then the Holy Spirit can bring to your remembrance the sermon and it will help you.

But if you skip church, play on your phone and don’t listen or sleep halfway, you won’t hear what you need to hear for your future battles!

Let me encourage you ‘Don’t skip church.’ Find a place where you get fed on the Word. Sit in every service getting everything you need both now and for the rest of your life on this earth!
