ainous Communities is one science and technology organization under Decree No.81/2002/ND-CP, that was promugated by the Government on October 17th, 2002, assigned detailed implementation of some articles of the Law on Science and Technology. It has independent legal personality, its own seal, and bank accounts at different banks and operates under the mode of autonomy and self- financing.
