Student Tour in Hue city
Founded in 2016 Let’s Hue - Local buddies started with a small group of undergraduates and graduates.

The team are from different backgrounds, but all have the follows in common: big love for Hue city, voluntarism spirit and English competency. Based in Hue and knowledgeable of the city, Let’s Hue Free Tour Guides hold a strong belief that the team can give tourists a deep insight into Vietnamese culture, namely Hue culture, our country’s citadel.

Today’s tour took place under bright, intense sunshine. Four people, three countries, and one shared mission: survive the sun while exploring history.

We walked, talked, and fanned ourselves nonstop (electric fans, handheld fans, even hats turned into fans). Somehow, the heat didn’t slow us down but actually made the experience more lively and memorable. We ended the tour a little tired, a little sun-kissed, but full of appreciation for Hue’s rich history and charm.

Tour Summary - Nguyen
April 27th , 2026

Trước thềm đại lễ 30/4, mình có cơ hội gặp một gia đình nhỏ đến từ Hà Nội – thủ đô của Việt Nam – trong chuyến tham quan Huế.
Đó là một cuộc gặp gỡ rất dễ thương và đáng nhớ. Mình thật sự vui khi được đồng hành cùng họ, chia sẻ những câu chuyện về văn hoá, lịch sử và vẻ đẹp rất riêng của Huế. 💕

As the April 30th holiday is coming close, I had the chance to meet a lovely family from Hanoi – the capital of Vietnam – during their visit to Hue.
It was such a warm and memorable experience. I truly enjoyed sharing with them the stories, culture, and unique beauty of Hue. 💕🍀

Tour Summary – Mai
6th April, 2026

Today’s tour at the Imperial City offered a slower and more reflective experience. I guided a friendly couple from Switzerland through the historic site, adjusting our pace to match the intense heat.

The weather was undeniably challenging, but it also brought a different perspective to the tour. It encouraged us to be more mindful, to pause more often, and to take in the surroundings in a calmer way.

Tour summary – Nghia(Davie)
4th April, 2026
Today, I had a wonderful trip with three friends from different parts of the world Russia, Sweden, and Canada. Throughout the journey, we explored the history of the Imperial City and the Hue Citadel, especially the legacy of the Nguyen dynasty
We didn’t just walk through historical sites; we shared stories, laughed a lot, and connected through conversations about culture and food from our different countries. Those little exchanges made the experience much more meaningful.
It turned out to be a truly exciting and memorable trip, full of energy, curiosity, and cultural connection.

4th April, 2026

I had a memorable visit to the Imperial City in Hue with a lovely Indian girl. Despite the hot weather, the tour remained enjoyable and relaxing. We took our time exploring shaded walkways, ancient palaces, and quiet corners of the citadel, occasionally stopping to rest and cool down.

Along the way, I shared light and engaging stories about the Nguyen Dynasty, keeping the conversation natural and interesting. The heat didn’t lessen the experience; instead, it made us slow down and appreciate the peaceful atmosphere even more.

Overall, it was a warm, meaningful, and enjoyable cultural experience.
