💙 Your Donations at Work – Supporting The Kianh Foundation!

Today's charity spotlight is The Kianh Foundation a charity specialising in education, therapy, and care for children with disabilities in Central Vietnam.

With the 94 million VND raised Kianh Foundation can provide the following:
🎓Full time education of two children at our school for a full year. 🙏
The costs include:
🌟Full-time education and an Individual Education Plan tailored specifically to meet the child's needs
🌟High emphasis on becoming literate and numerate
🌟Communication Therapy, if needed (it generally is)
🌟Physical Therapy, if needed
🌟Occupational Therapy, if needed
🌟Behaviour Management, if needed (it generally is! At least for many of the new children)
🌟Independent Life Skills (Feeding, toileting and self hygiene, dressing and un******ng, cooking, household chores, learning about money and going to the market/shops)
🌟Social Skills
🌟Vocational Training
🌟Art, Yoga and Dance Therapy
🌟Gardening
🌟Sex Education
🌟Training and workshops for family members
🌟Nutritious daily lunch and snacks (the school lunch is the main meal of the day for several of the children, who generally come from low economic or vulnerable backgrounds)

Kianh foundation is proud that all intervention at the school is at international-standard and generally beyond a level found at most special schools in Vietnam, and would cost around 50,000 GBP in the West.
