[IEM2026] Seminar "Optimising Warehouse Operations and Management: Practical Insights from FM Supply Chain Vietnam"
Co-organized by the School of IEM and FM Logistic Vietnam, this seminar bridges academic concepts from the Warehouse Engineering Management course with practical applications in modern warehouse operations. Participants will gain valuable insights into the strategies behind warehouse layout optimization, labor management, and the integration of automation and inventory control to drive efficiency. Students will explore the challenges and solutions for managing large-scale warehouse operations, equipping them with the knowledge to design and manage robust, sustainable, and cost-effective warehouses.

(Due to limited room capacity, participants are encouraged to register early to secure a spot in the seminar).
