Australia's commercial property market is showing renewed momentum.

According to the latest research from Cushman & Wakefield, transaction volumes reached ๐€$๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”.๐Ÿ ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐๐Ÿ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ”, increasing ๐Ÿ•๐ŸŽ% ๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ-๐จ๐ง-๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ž๐ซ and ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ–% ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ-๐จ๐ง-๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ. Foreign investors contributed ๐€$๐Ÿ– ๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐จ๐ง, representing almost half of quarterly activity.

But rising transaction volumes tell only part of the story.
