𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕, 𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔𝒉𝒐𝒑

Sáng thứ sáu vừa qua, IU Buddy đã tổ chức một workshop nhỏ, nơi các bạn sinh viên IU và sinh viên quốc tế có thể cùng nhau ngồi lại, kết nối và tự tay làm những chiếc đèn lồng từ túi trà đã qua sử dụng 🏮🍵.

Thông qua hoạt động này, tụi mình có cơ hội khám phá một cách tái chế đầy sáng tạo, biến những vật liệu cũ thành các món đồ trang trí ý nghĩa. Hơn cả một workshop, đây còn là một không gian ấm cúng để mọi người cùng chia sẻ, sáng tạo và tận hưởng khoảng thời gian bên nhau.

Vì đây là lần đầu tiên IU Buddy tổ chức một workshop thủ công như thế này nên vẫn còn một vài thiếu sót ngoài mong đợi, có thể đã phần nào ảnh hưởng đến trải nghiệm của mọi người. Chúng mình chân thành xin lỗi và rất cảm kích vì sự thông cảm của các bạn. Những góp ý của mọi người là điều vô cùng quý giá để tụi mình tiếp tục cải thiện và mang đến những hoạt động tốt hơn trong tương lai 💛

Last Friday, IU Buddy held a small workshop where IU students and international students could sit together, connect, and create handcrafted lanterns from used tea bags 🏮🍵

Through this activity, we had the chance to explore a creative way to recycle and turn used materials into meaningful decorative items. More than just a workshop, it was also a cozy space for everyone to share, create, and enjoy the moment together.

As this was our first time organizing a handicraft workshop like this, some things did not go as smoothly as we expected, which may have affected your experience. We sincerely apologize and truly appreciate your understanding. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we will continue improving to make our future events even better 💛

😋 Waking in the morning feels like hanging out with 𝐈𝐔 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐝𝐲. Here’s how “IU Buddy-ers” and Exchange Students spent their day in Ho Chi Minh City.

🖼️ Our first location was MIT Artspace, where we “got our hands dirty” with a pottery-making session. Sometimes, it’s good to slow down, focus on the clay, and create something unique.
🍜 After spending our energy on the pottery, we headed to Mì Xào Giòn 111 to refuel. Nothing beats a place of local crispy noodles. The flavors were delicious, and the atmosphere was as authentic as it gets.
Think we were done? Not a chance!
🎯 We kept the energy high with some archery competition. Between the perfect bullseyes and the chaotic misses, this was easily the highlight of our time together!
☕ We ended our day on a high note at 1991 Rooftop. City lights, a cool breeze, and great company. The perfect finale for such an active adventure!

Another day, another adventure with 𝗜𝗨 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗱𝘆 ✨. Here’s how one random day in Saigon turned into a full-on adventure😎.

Our first stop was the unique “ Biệt Động” café, which gave us a nostalgic vibe and a special glimpse into Saigon’s past. It was not just about coffee, but an experience that made us slow down and truly feel the atmosphere.
After that, we headed to a photobooth to capture some chaotic moments 🎞️. From cute poses to random laughs, this stop definitely gave us memories we can literally bring home with us.
The journey didn't end there; we made our way to Bến Thành Market. We went shopping around as well as tried out delicious local dishes, where the energy was absolutely unmatched.
To wrap up the day, we chilled by Saigon River on the Saigon Waterbus🌅. Watching the river, feeling the breeze and enjoying each other’s company was the perfect ending for a whole day.
