This naturally led me to explore the concept of sustainability.

I've always found the concept of sustainability fascinating, and I've spent some time reading and reflecting on its various facets. That's what sparked my whole sustainability thing! โ€ข Make a shopping list and stick to itโ€”cut out unnecessary items to avoid overspending.

โ€ข Reuse decorations from last year or swap with friends to freshen up your space without
buying new ones.
โ€ข Choose products with less packaging or eco-friendly options to reduce waste.

โ€ข Do you have unopened snacks or unused New Year gifts? Regift them thoughtfully to
others. Itโ€™s kind and waste-free.
