Run entirely by volunteers, we rely on donations to continue creating a better future for animals. All charities are struggling. The pandemic has effected fundraising and the economic climate but there are so many animals that still need our help. Please if you can donate or volunteer with us! We need all the help we can get! We are also in need of foster parents and forever homes. Contact us if you would like to open up your home and heart to our special animals. We regularly conduct classes for neo-natal kitten care as this is a constant need within the community. If you'd like to attend one please get in touch for future dates. We need people with skills that can help us in a multitude of areas. Marketing, website design, taking care of our cat house, fundraising events and more. A Funny (and Very Cute) Update on Bebe 🪞🐱💛

Bebe is our latest rescue with quite a story behind her (check out our previous post to learn more about her journey!).

She had slowly been opening up in her foster home, but somehow, it was taking a little longer than we had expected. We thought she simply needed more time to adjust.

And then, a few days ago, her foster discovered the reason…

Bebe was afraid of her own reflection in the mirror! 😹🪞

As soon as her foster realized what was going on, she covered the big mirror with a cloth. Since the scary “other cat” disappeared, she has been opening up incredibly quickly—and just look at her now! 🥹💕

Considering Bebe’s history, it actually makes perfect sense. She had never lived indoors before, which means she had probably never seen herself in a mirror. Who knows what she thought was staring back at her! 😂

It’s such a funny little episode, but it also shows us just how intelligent, sensitive, and wonderfully unique Bebe is.

We’ll definitely make sure her future adopter knows about her greatest enemy: BIG MIRRORS. 😹

Now that the mirror mystery has been solved, Bebe is almost fully settled into indoor life and will soon be ready for adoption. 🏡💛

Meet Our Latest Rescue, Bebe 🤍🐾

Meet Bebe, our latest rescue—also affectionately known as Em Be or Petite.

Bebe was initially part of a TNR case. The plan was for her to be spayed and then returned to where she had been living. However, she seemed unusually weak and exhausted, so her rescuer took her to the vet. There, they discovered that Bebe was carrying four deceased fetuses in her womb, which explained why she had been feeling so unwell.

Dr. Nghia immediately began treating her, and little by little, Bebe regained her strength. Thanks to the treatment and warm care provided by her rescuer, she was finally able to undergo her spay surgery. ❤️‍🩹

Along the way, it became clear that Bebe was simply too sweet and friendly to return to life on the street. Her rescuer reached out to ARC, and fortunately, one of our experienced fosters was able to welcome her. Bebe is now safely in our foster care, surrounded by love, comfort, and everything she needs. 🏡

She is still a little shy and spends quite a bit of time hiding under the bed, but she is already beginning to come out and explore her new surroundings. She is eating well, enjoying her treats, and using her litter box perfectly. Every little step is a sign that she is starting to feel safe. 🤍

Bebe will soon receive her second vaccine, and after that, she will be ready for adoption.

She has already come such a long way—from a sick and exhausted street cat who was supposed to be returned after TNR, to a much-loved ARC cat with a whole new future ahead of her.

Meet Our Adoptable Cats & Kittens! 🐾🏡

We’re All Celebrating Tabi Today! 💛🐾

Tabi (female, 1 year and 8 months old) has had a heart murmur since she was rescued as a tiny kitten together with her brother, Tora. Because of her condition, she had been unable to undergo spay surgery and had to live through repeated heat cycles, making life more difficult for her—and unfortunately making it harder for her to find a forever home as well.

But we finally have the news we’ve been waiting for! Under the careful supervision of our vet Animal Doctors International - Vietnam, Tabi successfully underwent her spay surgery last week, and today she has officially made a full recovery—with no complications! 🎉 We couldn’t be happier or more relieved for our brave little girl.

Other than being a little overweight (yes, Tabi, a diet is coming 😹), she is bright, healthy, and incredibly sweet. Her heart murmur will need to be checked again in six months, but for now, she is doing wonderfully.

And most importantly… Tabi is ready for her forever home! 🏡💕

Tabi can happily be adopted as a solo cat. She is affectionate, sweet, and has a way of melting the hearts of everyone who gets to know her.

She was rescued by ARC, raised and loved by our wonderful fosters, and has overcome one of the biggest hurdles standing between her and adoption. Now there’s just one thing missing: her forever family.

A Little TNR Miracle Happened Today 🐾💛

As many of you know, ARC runs a TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) program in collaboration with our wonderful partner, Animal Doctors International - Vietnam . We had already used all 50 free TNR slots generously provided by ADI for 2026 by July—but ADI has kindly offered us additional slots, allowing us to resume our program and help even more community cats.

We are incredibly proud to see more people in our community recognizing the importance of TNR and taking action, and above all, we cannot thank enough for ADI's continued generosity, commitment, and support. 💙

And then came today’s little miracle.

A female community cat was brought to ADI this morning to be spayed through our TNR program. She was supposed to recover and return to her community—but instead, one of the ADI staff members fell in love with her and decided to adopt her. A cat who arrived this morning for TNR is now going home with a family. We couldn’t have wished for a happier ending. 🏡💛

TNR takes patience, time, and commitment, but every cat sterilized means fewer kittens being born into hardship on the streets—and that makes every effort worthwhile. Monkey & Otter Have Been Adopted! 🧡🐾

We’re so happy to share that our sweet brothers, Monkey and Otter, have found their forever home!

Monkey and Otter are two of the sweetest boys from a litter of four. Their foster absolutely adored them—so much that she knew the longer they stayed, the harder it would be to eventually say goodbye. That’s just how special these two boys are. 💛

And now, they’ve found their human, who fell in love with them right away. Even better, they’ve gained a very cool cat sister too!

They already love sleeping beside their adopter while she works from home, often curling up on either side of her legs for a nap—like two little hot-water bottles keeping her warm. 😹 And their new big sister is welcoming them in her own cool-cat way, making their new family even more perfect.

We couldn’t be happier for these brilliant boys. Seeing them so loved and settled with their human and cat sister is everything we could have hoped for. 🏡💕

And a little reminder: their two brothers, Gosse and Skunk, are still waiting for their forever home. They’re every bit as sweet and special as Monkey and Otter—and once you get to know them, you simply won’t be able to stop thinking about them. 🐱💙

These kittens are our latest rescues Colonel Cheddar and General Gouda. They are now fighting against parasites, but other than that, drinking well and playing well. The treatment is not cheap though. If you can help them with their treatment costs, that would be amazing. We will keep updating their progress on our page too!
