Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced that it plans to open its first five-star hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and that the hotel will launch in 2019.

The company has signed an agreement with Union Square Saigon Company to develop the hotel at the Union Square Saigon building in HCMC’s district one.

The hotel will have four facades that will overlook Nguyen Hue, D**g Khoi, Le Thanh Ton, and Le Loi Streets.
