Vietnam Children's Emergency Fund Hội Từ Thiện “Quỹ Nhi Đồng Việt Nam” được thành lập và hoạt động với 2 sứ mệnh:
1-. Góp phần giảm tỷ lệ trẻ em nghèo đa chiều tại Việt Nam;
2-.

Phát triển mỗi cá nhân trong tổ chức thông qua các hoạt động xã hội. Tiền thân của Hội Từ Thiện “Quỹ Nhi Đồng Việt Nam” - VCEF là chuỗi chương trình “Trung Thu Chia Sẻ Yêu Thương” do các bạn sinh viên Ngân Hàng Khối 3, Khóa 34, Trường ĐH Kinh Tế TP.HCM tổ chức vào năm 2010, 2011 và 2013.
