Today we would like to introduce to all of you about a new application. Currently SAIGON warehouse uses this application to capture/report container issue to carrier.
Application process:
1. Tallyman uses smart-phone to take the photos and upload via a form
2. Robot receives information, download/resize the pictures and store them on cloud.
3. An email will be alerted to CFS team.
4. CFS team access tool and proceed (copy photos/trigger to carrier for their actions).
Benefit :
1. Quick transferring photos from far sites to CFS office.
2. Record clearly trouble picture/display trouble description/support to make carrier performance KPI.
3. Directly trigger issue email to carrier.
4. Very fast to download images to local folder.
