In October 2017, by inspiration, our founders Abraham Ologundudu and Kehinde Fadare who have been actively involved in youth leadership development in Africa decided to consolidate individual initiatives into a new one. Prior to that, Kehinde Fadare was the founder of Guild of African Patriots (GAP) and Convener of Youth Festival of Art and Culture (YOFAC) which held in 2015. On the other and, Ab
raham Ologundudu was the founder of Seasoned Life Journal and convener of Leverage of Conference since 2011 and 2015 respectively
It is against this backdrop that The Leverage Africa was born out of a deep desire to create a synergy of ideas, skills, and resources that would multiply our previously independent effort to create a sustainable Change in Africa. As an organisation, our dream of improved youth leadership and participation in nation building is a strong force that transcends racial prejudices, religious differences, social stratification, ideological leanings, and national borders.
