Indian Business Chamber in Hanoi INCHAM is a Non-Profit organization, aimed to strengthen ties of Indian and Vietnamese Businesses

Indian Business Chamber in Vietnam (INCHAM) was licensed and established in January 1999 with the objective to strengthen ties of Indian Businesses with the Vietnamese authorities for promoting 'Economic and Business' relations between Vietnam and India and also to be the focal point of the Indian Community in Vietnam. In its short existence, the Chamber has moved decisively on each of these front

s. Incham was established in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon) which is commercial capital of Vietnam. Incham established its Chapter in the capital city of Hanoi in October 1999 to further widen and strengthen its presence in Vietnam. The chamber primarily endeavors to play an active role in promoting the two-way trade between the two countries. It aims to create a forum that allows members to assist and compliment each other to establishing a smooth framework for the development of Indian business in Vietnam. Incham offers a legal platform to its members to promote their business interest and represent them to local authorities in time of need on a case to case basis.

On 2 August 2026, INCHAM Hanoi successfully organized its Blood Donation Drive at the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, bringing together members, partners, and volunteers in support of a meaningful humanitarian cause.

The event reflected the spirit of compassion and community, with participants generously donating blood to help replenish vital blood supplies and bring hope to patients in need. Beyond the act of giving, the programme also served as an opportunity for members to come together and demonstrate the values of social responsibility and collective impact.

INCHAM Hanoi extends its sincere appreciation to all participants, as well as to the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion for their dedicated support in making this initiative a success.

INCHAM Hanoi at the Prime Ministerโ€™s Conference with the Business Community

On 18 July 2026, INCHAM Hanoi was honoured to participate in the Prime Minister's Conference with the Business Community, held under the theme "Removing Bottlenecks โ€“ Unlocking Resources โ€“ Driving Growth" at the Office of the Government.

The conference served as an important platform for dialogue between the Vietnamese Government and the business community, where enterprises and business associations shared practical recommendations to improve the business environment and strengthen Vietnam's competitiveness.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung reaffirmed that business development and support for enterprises are national strategic priorities, calling for a shift from dialogue to decisive action through concrete, transparent, and time-bound solutions that deliver tangible results for businesses.

Workforce Insight Snapshot 2026: Northern Vietnam Industrial Market

On 16 July 2026, the "Workforce Insight Snapshot 2026: Northern Vietnam Industrial Market" was co-organized by SingCham Vietnam and KTG Industrial Managed by BKIM. INCHAM Hanoi was pleased to co-host the event alongside ThaiCham Vietnam and the Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Vietnam (CTCVN).

The workshop brought together manufacturers, investors, HR professionals, and industry experts to discuss Northern Vietnam's industrial landscape and workforce challenges. On 16-17 July, INCHAM Hanoi delegation participated in the Lao Cai Investment Promotion Conference 2026, held under the theme โ€œLao Cai - Connecting for Green and Sustainable Development.โ€

INCHAM Extends Its Deepest Condolences to Victims of the Tragic Phu Quoc Boat Accident

Deeply saddened by the tragic loss of 15 Indian tourists in the boat capsizing incident near Phu Quoc.

On behalf of the INCHAM, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and wish a speedy recovery to those injured. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy.
