From helping her family on the farm to managing a café in the mountains she calls home, Hang's journey is one we are incredibly proud of.

Du travail aux champs à la gestion d'un café au cœur des montagnes qu'elle appelle chez elle, le parcours de Hằng est une immense source de fierté pour nous.

Nous sommes ravis de voir son histoire mise à l'honneur par le projet Destination Éco-Talents (DET). C'est un beau rappel que derrière chaque formation se trouve une personne avec des rêves, des défis à relever et la détermination de construire un avenir meilleur.

| Destination Éco-Talents
L'envol d'une jeune femme des montagnes vietnamiennes: comment Vang Thi Hang a pris les rênes de son avenir.

De la terre aux métiers du tourisme vert : découvrez une histoire vraie de résilience et d'autonomisation, au cœur des montagnes de Tả Van.

🌱✨ Avant de croiser la route du projet DET, Vang Thi Hang partageait le quotidien de sa famille à Lao Cai, rythmé par des revenus agricoles souvent précaires et soumis aux aléas du quotidien. Mais avec le précieux soutien de l'OIF, via le projet REACH, l'acquisition de compétences professionnelles et éco-responsables peut véritablement changer une trajectoire de vie.

🚀 Aujourd'hui, Hằng a totalement transformé son parcours: elle occupe le poste de responsable du bar au Sa Mộc Café à Tả Van. Accompagnée par les formateurs, elle a validé ses compétences de barista, appris à gérer un flux financier, maîtrisé l'art de l'accueil et adopté une véritable éco-attitude.

🔥 Des chiffres et un impact bien réels :
> 10 000 000 VND / mois : c’est le salaire mensuel stable que perçoit désormais Hằng. Une sécurité financière indispensable qui soulage grandement les pressions économiques de son foyer.
> Une confiance démultipliée : au-delà d'un simple emploi, Hằng a élargi ses horizons. Son ambition ? Continuer à se spécialiser et, à terme, devenir manager ou créer sa propre activité!
> 55% de profils inspirants : comme Hằng, la majorité des 200 jeunes défavorisés, femmes et membres de la communauté LGBTQ+ formés par le projet DET reprennent le contrôle de leur avenir économique.

💬 « Cette compétence m’a donné bien plus qu’un travail. Elle m’a donné de la confiance, un revenu et un avenir plus solide pour ma famille. »

Le parcours de Hằng est la preuve concrète que la Gen Z des régions rurales ne demande qu’à passer à l’action. En dotant les communautés locales de compétences vertes, nous construisons ensemble un tourisme plus qualitatif, inclusif et résolument plus durable au Vietnam.

🎓 OPENING NEW CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN DIEN BIEN

💐 Last weekend, REACH Institute, in collaboration with Blue Dragon International and Dien Bien College, held the Graduation Ceremony for the 2026 Restaurant Service and Beverage Preparation Training Course. This marked a significant milestone as the first training course implemented under the partnership between REACH and Blue Dragon in Dien Bien Province.

With a mission to support disadvantaged young people, REACH not only delivers practical vocational training but also connects with partners to create opportunities for learning, skills development, and access to sustainable employment.

The course equipped 30 trainees with the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to enter the workforce. During the graduation ceremony, the partners also reaffirmed their commitment to expanding their collaboration by developing more demand-driven training programs and strengthening job placement support for graduates.

🌱 Every graduation marks the beginning of a new journey. REACH will continue to stand alongside young people as they build their skills, pursue meaningful careers, and create brighter, more sustainable futures.

🎓 MỞ RA CƠ HỘI NGHỀ NGHIỆP MỚI TẠI ĐIỆN BIÊN

💐 Cuối tuần qua, Viện REACH phối hợp cùng Blue Dragon International và Trường Cao đẳng Điện Biên tổ chức Lễ bế giảng lớp Nghiệp vụ Nhà hàng và Pha chế đồ uống năm 2026. Đây là dấu mốc đặc biệt, đánh dấu khóa học đầu tiên được triển khai trong khuôn khổ hợp tác giữa REACH và Blue Dragon tại tỉnh Điện Biên.

Với sứ mệnh đồng hành cùng thanh thiếu niên có hoàn cảnh khó khăn, REACH không chỉ mang đến chương trình đào tạo nghề thiết thực mà còn kết nối các đối tác để tạo cơ hội học tập, phát triển kỹ năng và tiếp cận việc làm bền vững cho người học.

Khóa học đã giúp 30 học viên được trang bị kiến thức, kỹ năng nghề nghiệp và sự tự tin để sẵn sàng bước vào thị trường lao động. Tại lễ bế giảng, các bên cũng thống nhất tiếp tục mở rộng hợp tác, triển khai thêm nhiều chương trình đào tạo gắn với nhu cầu thực tiễn và tăng cường kết nối việc làm sau đào tạo.
