Founded in 2011 by Nguyen Hoang Viet, Vietnamese Dream Volunteers is an youth-led, non profit organization with a starting mission of supporting marginalized children in northern mountainous areas. After a very few years of operation, with the strong leadership of the team, VDV has expanded its works to central and southern areas of Vietnam, supported more than hundred elementary students from doz

ens of underserved schools from 2013 to 2017. The key project that was implemented across the country is Dream Library Project: "Improving reading habit and capacity through classroom library model". The project also seeks for cooperation from local school teachers in intergrading reading activities to school main curriculum, organizing reading competitions and reading festivals. It's estimated that thousands of children across Vietnam has benefited from the project.
