๐ Achievement in the Spiritual Path of Qi Gong Practitioners โค๏ธ
To attain genuine happiness and success in Qi Gong, practitioners of Qi Gong Thanh Luc always contemplate the following core principles:
1. Despite having lofty aspirations, the mind must always embrace impermanence and the challenges along the path to career success within a harmonious spiritual consciousness.
2. Determination to succeed in one's career must not be marred by impatience, as impatience leads to unfulfilled desires. Wanting success is one thing, planning is just a thought, and taking action to achieve the plan is not as simple as thinking. There will inevitably be obstacles, as it is the law of heaven and earth that everyone must face obstacles before achieving success.
3. Since plans often face unexpected obstacles, achieving success requires equanimity, patience, and waiting for the next opportunity with a noble intention. Absolutely refrain from harboring malicious thoughts, speaking ill of others, or harming them. Most importantly, never give up mentally.
4. To achieve success on the path, one must understand the principle of LETTING GO BUT NOT GIVING UP. Letting go means not being attached to the transient changes that may cause irritation and anger. Letting go means always radiating wisdom and love to repay kindness whenever facing obstacles on the path.
5. If not successful, become a sage; and beyond being a sage, is the realization of the 6 Cs: THANKFULNESS, GRATITUDE, REPAYMENT to all who contribute to our success or sabotage our failures. Whether one achieves inner harmony in the spiritual path depends on understanding this key point.
6. Sometimes, when we plan for success, we aim for this and that grand achievement, but after achieving spiritual insight, practitioners realize that success on the path is simply having a true friend with whom they share loyalty. Moreover, true success is not causing harm or destruction to anyone along the journey to success. Not sowing seeds of evil, speaking ill, or harming others constitutes the greatest success on the path of becoming a true Qi Gong Thanh Luc practitioner.
7. A peaceful mind leads to harmonious energy; only with harmonious energy can energy be consolidated, and only with consolidated energy can wealth be attained. Therefore, amidst the changes of humans, gods, and earth, inner harmony of energy is essential for achieving happiness for oneself and for expressing gratitude to all beings everywhere.
8. Know when it's enough, know when to let go, know how to accept the impermanent changes with a heart full of gratitude, repayment, and forgiveness during Qigong practice. Surely, practitioners will find peace within themselves. With realization comes peace within oneself, and realization and letting go of attachment to views on life and the world will lead to self-sufficiency amidst suffering or happiness. Achieving something does not necessarily bring happiness, desiring something does not guarantee happiness, and losing or failing to achieve something does not necessarily bring suffering. True happiness lies where there is neither attainment nor loss.
9. Finding joy in the circumstances in which one must exist without any other way out is also happiness. Accepting reality as it is, to love and cherish even those who harm us, is also a special level granted to us to cultivate a harmonious spiritual path in all circumstances. Those who put us in difficult situations to train us to overcome the limits of patience are Bodhisattvas. Circumstances create heroes; heroes do not create circumstances. Those who create difficult situations to train us to transcend limitations in abilities and awareness are our benefactors.
10. When these thoughts are transcended, Qi Gong Thanh Luc practitioners have taken a step into the lofty spiritual realm of heaven and earth, of the universe. Meditation on energy is essential for contemplating the path and the thoughts one will encounter on the difficult journey. Not seeing the form is true seeing, not seeing the form is true happiness. True happiness does not depend on having or not having. True happiness comes from understanding the true nature of selflessness and forgiveness. When one achieves selflessness, forgiveness follows. If self is large, it is difficult to forgive. Without forgiveness, clinging will still be abundant, which is equivalent to suffering, which will still be present on the path.
