“Kế hoạch kết hôn và sinh con của em trong hai năm tới là gì?”
Đây là câu hỏi mà không ít sinh viên, đặc biệt là các bạn nữ, có thể gặp trong buổi phỏng vấn xin việc đầu tiên. Vậy các bạn nên làm gì trong tình huống này?
Mặc dù sinh viên có thể nhận biết rằng câu hỏi này không phù hợp, việc diễn đạt nó một cách chuyên nghiệp và tự tin, cho thấy bạn hiểu quyền của mình, lại không phải điều dễ dàng. Với sự đồng hành của nhà tài trợ Air Liquide Việt Nam, trong tháng 6 vừa qua sinh viên trong dự án đã được hỗ trợ trang bị kiến thức và kỹ năng thực tế để xử lý những tình huống liên quan đến quyền sức khoẻ sinh sản như vậy trong môi trường nghề nghiệp.
Nằm trong khuôn khổ chuỗi họp vận động với các bên liên quan, các phiên thảo luận tập trung vào những vấn đề thiết thực mà sinh viên có thể đối mặt khi bước vào môi trường nghề nghiệp: từ bình đẳng giới, ranh giới cá nhân, an toàn trong học tập và công việc cho đến khả năng nhận diện và ứng phó với quấy rối, phân biệt đối xử hoặc các tình huống gây khó chịu liên quan đến giới. Đây chính là minh chứng cho tính bền vững của các hoạt động tập huấn cho sinh viên của dự án.
Tại các buổi họp, đại diện Air Liquide Việt Nam mang đến một góc nhìn thực tiễn, giúp kết nối kiến thức về giới, sức khoẻ sinh sản/sức khoẻ tình dục với bối cảnh học tập và làm việc ngoài thực tế. Thông qua những chia sẻ với góc nhìn doanh nghiệp, sinh viên có thêm cơ hội kết nối kiến thức đã được trang bị với bối cảnh làm việc thực tiễn, từ đó xây dựng sự tự tin, năng lực thích ứng và khả năng bảo vệ bản thân trong tương lai.
Dự án PADSSR xin gửi lời cảm ơn chân thành tới nhà tài trợ Air Liquide Việt Nam vì sự đồng hành và hỗ trợ ý nghĩa trong suốt quá trình triển khai. "What are your plans for marriage and having children over the next two years?"
This is a question that many students, especially young women, may encounter in their very first job interview. So what should students do in this situation?
While students may recognize that this question is inappropriate, expressing that recognition professionally and confidently, in a way that demonstrates awareness of one's rights, is not easy. With the companionship of sponsor Air Liquide Vietnam, this past June, students in the project were supported in building practical knowledge and skills to handle situations related to reproductive health rights in professional settings.
As part of the ongoing series of stakeholder engagement meetings, the discussion sessions focused on practical issues students may face as they enter the workforce: from gender equality and personal boundaries to safety in academic and professional environments, as well as the ability to recognize and respond to harassment, discrimination, or uncomfortable gender-related situations. This reflects the sustainability of the project's student training activities.
At these sessions, representatives from Air Liquide Vietnam brought a practical, real-world perspective, helping to connect knowledge of gender and sexual/reproductive health with the realities of academic and professional life. Through insights shared from a corporate perspective, students had further opportunity to link the knowledge they had gained with real workplace contexts — building confidence, adaptability, and the capacity to advocate for themselves in the future.
