Chiều 10/7/2026 tại Đà Nẵng, BATIK International, GRET và Liên đoàn Lao động thành phố Đà Nẵng đã chính thức khởi động dự án "Mộng Ước Mới" (MUM), một hành trình mới hướng đến cải thiện điều kiện làm việc và mở ra cơ hội việc làm bền vững cho lao động nữ tại các khu công nghiệp.
Hội thảo khởi động quy tụ đông đảo người lao động, đại diện Liên đoàn Lao động TP Đà Nẵng, BATIK, GRET, các doanh nghiệp, cơ quan quản lý nhà nước và các đối tác liên quan.
Được tài trợ bởi AFD - Agence Française de Développement Cơ quan Phát triển Pháp (AFD) và đồng triển khai bởi BATIK International, GRET cùng Liên đoàn Lao động TP Đà Nẵng, dự án hướng đến:
- Giảm bất bình đẳng giới tại nơi làm việc
- Nâng cao khả năng tiếp cận dịch vụ y tế chất lượng cho lao động nữ
- Phòng ngừa bạo lực trên cơ sở giới
- Tăng cường sức khỏe thể chất & tinh thần cho người lao động
- Hỗ trợ phát triển kỹ năng số, kỹ năng mềm và mở rộng cơ hội nghề nghiệp.
Tại hội thảo, đại diện các bên đã cùng khẳng định cam kết đồng hành xuyên suốt dự án trên tinh thần đối tác bình đẳng, minh bạch và tuân thủ pháp luật.

On the afternoon of 10 July 2026 in Da Nang, BATIK International, GRET, and the Da Nang City Labor Federation officially launched the “New Dreams” (MUM) project—marking the beginning of a new journey to improve working conditions and expand access to sustainable employment opportunities for women workers in industrial zones.
The launch workshop brought together a large number of workers, along with representatives from the Da Nang City Labor Federation, BATIK International, GRET, businesses, government agencies, and other relevant partners.
Funded by the French Development Agency (AFD) and implemented by BATIK International, GRET, and the Da Nang City Labor Federation, the project aims to:
* Reduce gender inequalities in the workplace
* Improve women workers’ access to quality healthcare services
* Prevent gender-based violence
* Strengthen workers’ physical and mental well-being
* Support the development of digital and soft skills while expanding career opportunities
During the workshop, representatives of the participating organizations reaffirmed their commitment to working together throughout the project in a spirit of equal partnership, transparency, and compliance with the law.
