Many neighbors around the center often ask, "Why do we see Duc taking two children at Hearing & Beyond in Vietnam back and forth every morning? Where do they go that makes them so happy?"

Today it is these two children, tomorrow, it will be two different ones. But what's special is that every child sitting on the back of that little motorbike is radiant and full of joy.

There is a journey taking the children to vocational training classes, where they learn new skills, gain confidence, develop independence and prepare for their future.

And this is one of the things they love to learn at Skills Center with Duc 💞💞💞

What a FABULOUS day Friday was. Our students were again invited to a free movie at Vincom Plaza. This time we were invited by CGV Cinema. https://share.google/prXmp7wR92JnKn4GS
Many Thanks to Management & Staff for this great opportunity. After the movie we all enjoyed lunch & shopping at the Plaza. Happy & tired students & staff arrived home at 4pm - all exhausted!

A huge thank you once again to Swim Vietnam for continuing to support our Deaf students in Hearing & Beyond in Vietnam year after year ❤️

This year, they have once again provide 10 free swimming lessons, transport and swimming caps for our students. The students have been so excited, and for many of them experiences are something they would never normally have the chance to enjoy.

We are incredibly grateful for your kindness, generosity and ongoing support. Thank you for helping our Deaf students build confidence, learn important life skills and simply have fun in the water ☀️🏊🏊🏊

During the recent holiday break, while many chose to spend time on their phone, these students in Hearing & Beyond in Vietnam chose to sit quietly....

They are not perfect.
Some pieces are uneven, a little clumsy.
But they are hand-made by the deaf students ' own hands.

Today, when they "returned" to class,
They brought these pieces with them.
Not to show off,
but simply to say:
"I made it."

We decided to start selling these very first products.

Not because they are perfect,
but because we want the students to understand something important:

💖 What they create has value.
💖And they are capable of creating that value in themselves.

All proceeds will go toward buying more yarn,
so they can continue learning, creating, and believing in themselves.
