Nem (Cha Gio) is one of Vietnam’s most iconic dishes, often served during family meals, celebrations, and holidays.
It represents family connection, sharing, and tradition, with each region having its own unique recipe.

We proudly use fresh, clean, and home-sourced ingredients:
• Pork
• Mushrooms (wood ear, shiitake)
• Carrot
• Sweet potato
• Onion
• Glass noodles

• Fresh meat, eggs, vegetables, and fruits come from trusted family farms and local suppliers
• Spring rolls and sausages are handmade using traditional family recipes
• Fresh seafood is sourced directly from family-owned fishing boats
