Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming an incredible group of students from Chapman University to Volunteer Vietnam! πŸ’™

Throughout the week, our volunteers immersed themselves in a variety of community projects across our volunteer placements, including the Social Support Center, local kindergartens, and primary schools. Their dedication, enthusiasm, and compassion brought joy and positive energy to everyone they met.

From teaching English lessons and leading engaging sensory play activities to spending quality time with orphans and elderly residents, the students made meaningful connections and created lasting memories. Their willingness to learn, share, and support the local community truly embodied the spirit of volunteering.

We are deeply grateful for the time, care, and commitment they brought to each activity. The impact of their contributions extends far beyond the classroom and activity spaces, it is reflected in the smiles, laughter, and relationships built throughout the week.

Even though she’s young, she brought such a professional, caring, and positive energy to every activity she joined. From teaching in the classrooms to spending time with the kids and seniors during occupational activities, she always made people smile 🀝

This week, Volunteer Vietnam and our amazing volunteers spent a wonderful day with the seniors from the Social Support Center on a beach trip in Da Nang πŸŒŠπŸ’™
We walked along the beach, enjoyed the fresh sea breeze, played with the water, and shared many smiles and happy moments together. After that, we relaxed at a cozy cafΓ© with drinks and good conversations.
We truly value every opportunity to spend quality time with the elderly and bring them joyful experiences outside the center. Sometimes, the simplest moments can mean the most.

Some people may be young in age, but carry a very mature and caring heart, and that is exactly what Quentin brought to Volunteer Vietnam.
Throughout his time with us, he showed kindness, patience, and genuine care to the people we serve. Whether through small daily moments or meaningful contributions, he always brought a calm and positive energy to the community.
We are truly thankful for the time, love, and effort he shared with us. It has been a pleasure having him as part of the Volunteer Vietnam family.
