Bizarre Bazaar vendor registration is OPEN. Food and drink vendors must be paid and registered by November 1st. Regular vendors must be registered by November 23rd.

Please note:
Spots are 10x10 for $100
Registration payment for food vendors is due by November 1st. CBCC must submit food vendors to the DOH so that they can pay for and pick up their $75 Special event food permit. This is separate from the $100 vendor fee.
Vendors will not be registered until they pay the $100 registration fee via check or PayPal.
Vendors will select their 10x10 spot on a map once they have paid. Selection is on first come, first serve basis at the time of payment. Spots will not be reserved and registration will not be confirmed until vendors have paid.
Vendors must bring their own tables, tents, chairs, etc.
Please note, that this event is a fundraiser for a nonprofit, largely planned by volunteers. We ask that vendors treat coordinators with kindness, patience, and respect. It takes a lot to put this event on!

Join shark researcher, Bryan Legare, from the Center for Coastal Studies, and his team as they talk shark research in the USVI. Legare is continuing follow up research to a previous study that established Coral Bay and Fish Bay as Lemon shark and Blacktip shark nurseries.

If you missed past presentations, now is your chance! If you attended a past presentation, you might still enjoy some new tidbits!

This research is critical, and CBCC has been a supporter alongside Concordia Eco Resort and Flyaway Charters who have generously donated accommodations, boat time, and captain and crew hours to this work!

*Please note, there seems to be a previous misunderstanding that this research involved chumming the water and interfered with or altered our large shark behavior. Rest assured, this is not the case. The CBCC team went out on the vessel with Legare and his crew and can confirm that baited hook and line were used in known shark nurseries in Fish Bay, Coral Bay, and Johnson Bay, only catching young sharks about 1 month old in less than waist deep water. The researchers did not chum entire bays and did not fish in areas where large sharks were likely to be present (as the young sharks are specifically in safe, shallow areas away from larger sharks).

Join us this Saturday at Dazey's Bayhouse St.John from 10am-12pm for a community meeting to discuss future road flooding solutions and pedestrian access along Coral Bay Harbor!

With major storm flooding and rising sea levels, it is important to envision what future pedestrian and road access in Coral Bay will look like. Tetra Tech, a consulting and engineering firm working in environment and sustainable infrastructure worldwide, will be working with CBCC to research feasible solutions.
