Caribbean Lionfish Response The C.O.R.E. Foundation is a 501C3 organization based in the US Virgin Islands. The Caribbean Oceanic Restoration and Education Foundation (C.O.R.E.)

is currently working on 3 programs. The Caribbean Lionfish Response Program, Marine Awareness Education and an Ecofriendly Artificial Reef Project.

The CORE interns had an excellent trip to CWORI’s underwater coral nurseries and their land-based coral raceway tanks. The corals are thriving and will be used for outplanting onto damaged reefs. It was such an incredible day hosted by the amazing Erika Roberts!
