Mentoring Anointed Leaders Everywhere - MALE M.A.L.E. is an innovative programme that is generated to cater to the effective guiding of young men of the Virgin Islands community. Our FOCUS
M.A.L.E.

is considered community-based. has seven pillars of excellence as a focus:

Spiritual Growth
Career Counseling and Career Preparation
History and Culture Cultivation, Preparation and Instruction
The importance of Community Service
Emphasizing and demonstrating The Roles of a Man In Society
Health and Hygiene Enhancement
Academic Strengthening

Our STRUCTURE
M.A.L.E. operates actively during the Le

nt, Advent & Trinity Term of the school year. will also capitalize on the Easter, Summer & Christmas vacations to do active/in-service programmes. In-service programmes refer to certain modules of the programme that have to be completed in order for a participant to progress to the upcoming stages of the programme or to be deemed best equipped for the stages of life that he is at. Our ACTIVITIES
M.A.L.E. has structured all events into four categories of importance: Spiritual, Social, Financial & Cultural activities:

Attending and participating in church services
Attending youth meetings at various churches
Social Activities
Group Outings
Weekly M.A.L.E. Meetings
Camping Trips
Geographical Tours
Community Clean-ups
Game Nights

In our most recent session of MALE we played dodge ball. Not simply for fun, but because it can be a metaphor for life.

As we played, we kept this question in mind:
“What are you dodging from?”

Sometimes, we dodge things that make us feel uncomfortable.

Like fear, pressure, tough conversations, or situations that push us out of our comfort zone.

Every time you stop dodging and face something head‑on, you grow stronger, braver, and unstoppable. 💪⚡
