Umoja Caribbean Union, Inc. The purpose of this union is to unify and empower the people of the Virgin Islands and the Caribbean.

It is the object of this union to secure by legitimate means the following object sanctioned by the governing body.

•To establish or incorporate by itself or with others, educational, economical and agricultural programs.

•To establish real estate division to acquire land and sublet it out with the vies that the member(s) shall eventually be the owners, in fee simple; except, however, that the l

and so acquires shall not be disposed of unless and until this corporation has given its consent as to the standing of the purchaser.

•To acquire and dispose of properties in town, country, and any other location.

•To render assistance in sickness, and other distresses.

•To secure legislation in the interest of the members.

•To establish or incorporate by itself or with others, credit unions, banks or financial institutions to include insurance companies.

•To enter into agreements in the best interest of the members.
