💜 WE ARE STILL TAKING IT ALL IN! 💜
Oh my goodness… our hearts are FULL.
What a WEEK for H.O.P.E. Inc.! From receiving the incredible news that we were awarded funding to expand culturally specific services in our community, to experiencing our very first A Purple Carpet Bash Fundraiser! in honor of survivors, veterans, mental health, and the legacy of Sgt. Bruce T. Gordon - we are positively overwhelmed with gratitude.
Today, we are getting some much-needed REST 😴💜, but we simply could not let this day pass without saying THANK YOU.
First, thank you to Stormy Gordon for inviting H.O.P.E. into this vision and giving us the opportunity to stand alongside you, support the cause, raise awareness, and help continue honoring Bruce’s legacy.

Thank you to Beautiful Dreamers for being present as a mental health community provider, to Shelly Gumbs of the Women’s Coalition, and to Regina Dubois for courageously sharing her lived experience at the intersection of being a veteran, a survivor and navigating the mental health impacts of those experiences.
And most importantly, thank you to every survivor, veteran, family member and community member who walked that carpet, sat in that audience, shared their story, celebrated someone else’s survival, donated, purchased, volunteered or simply showed up.
This was never just a fashion show.
It was joy in the midst of difficult conversations.
And it was a reminder that healing deserves to be celebrated too. 💜
