This past week, Supportive Services for Veterans and Families Program Manager Falonda Archie met with her peers at the Regional Conference in Tampa, FL.

The theme was: Building Veteran and Veteran Family-Centered Systems and focus on Veteran and Veteran family-centered system planning, skill development for dynamic resource navigation, and strengthening leadership and collaboration for effective By-Name List Management including case conferencing and prioritization.
